Timothy was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. Everything looks and smells so fresh and clean. Some stains did not come out fully, but they are in high traffic areas. This carpet is 10 years old, so it can be expected. But it is nice and fresh! I wish he had…

Very impressed. I made an appointment online yesterday, my window was between 8-12 and John was here right at 8am, so I didn't have to wait all day. He did a great job cleaning a chair and was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again!!!

He went over the quoted price, and were finished in an extremely timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves, and they left. I was a very happy customer with brand new feeling, clean couches!!

Great job!
Tony came and steam cleaned my couch Ottoman. He was super professional and informative about the process. He did a great job! I really hope the pet odor removal holds up!
There was what was called a "mist" on the wall and floors surrounding my furniture. In my opinion it should be included in the fee to clean up this "mist". It took my husband and I 2 towels to get it all dry. We didn't want to allow this "mist" to soak into our flooring or walls.
Very fast and gave a lot of information. Looks great and brand new again
Very friendly and helpful. Explained what was being done and was told what the price would be before servicing, which was very much appreciated. Good job.
I needed 4 dining room chairs cleaned and they were quick to get me scheduled. I work from home and at my request they cleaned everything outside so it wouldn't be too noisy for me. They did an amazing job and the chairs look great. I'll be calling them back for the carpets and other cleaning.
Nicholas was on time, well-equipped & efficient. He did a very good job & explained very well just how I could help the large fabric sectional sofa to dry more quickly (using air conditioning & not heat). He was right about the time (4hrs) it would take using the cooled air. My thanks to Nicholas on all aspects of the job!

On time. Great results. Very professional.
Excellent job! Removed spots from carpet areas - looks like new. Also cleaned some upholstery and area rug. Will definitely use again.
Well where do I start? First they came out, took our payment before even inspecting the furniture...didn't even offer military discount. Then we were not aware that they were going to use our water to clean. They went in and sprayed something (maybe a cleaner) on the furniture, then proceeded to clean. Furniture…
The two that came out were very nice and professional. The guy that cleaned the sofa did a wonderful job. He made sure to down in all the seams and the bottom of the cushions where the back and seat cushions meet. My only complaint was that my appointment was between 3-7. They showed up at 1:20 with no notice…
The gentleman who came to complete my work order was on time, friendly and professional! I don’t have anything negative to say. From the online scheduling and the text messages letting me know when the technician was arriving the whole process was very smooth from beginning to end.
