Ashamed, but it has been 3 years since the last carpet cleaning—due to health situations. It was a team of one young man that came today and he was absolutely top-notch. Nicholas helped move the dining room table to make the cleaning easier. Feels so much better to have the carpets cleaned, sanitized, and…

Initial cleaning needed due to storm damage. Reviewed the order to make sure it was correct prior to starting. Asked me to check to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction; and it was and the chairs smell good. Very professional and polite. Quality service even though he had to go out in the pouring rain.…

The young man who came into my home we’re very respectful. They Listened to my needs for the carpets. They wore masks and so do I as of yet. They were very respectful of this practice for me. I want to thank Jerrick and his partner who helped him.
Carpet cleaners were Fast and courteous. Not pushy sales at all. However JOY from customer service who is apparently the office manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. She made an error on my bill… and when I called to correct it she continued to state, she thought In her mind she had told me Something…
Excellent service. Tech was friendly. Explained everything.
We have used this company twice now. They are professional, friendly and offer extra add-on options without being pushy. They will move light weight furniture where needed and tie up the curtains. There is no scent or odor. The carpets look and feel fresh and clean. They were finished in 2 hours. I had 4 bedrooms…

Brian was professional, polite and thorough. He checked my rug sizes to make sure I was being charged correctly for cleaning and disinfectant. I have dogs. It turned out the original quote was higher than it was actually going to cost. Thanks Brian, and the rugs look great ( and definitely smell better).
