Everything was great except I'm surprised there was no bother about wearing a mask. Would have been 5 stars except for that.

Very good work was done.

The guys were friendly, courteous, and efficient. What more could you want.

Exactly what we needed. One of the last things we needed to do before we finish moving. Fast and reliable and super friendly.

Kieth was very efficient and was a pleasure to have doing the work. I will be requesting him when I call again for service

Carpet looks great! Marcus and Cardell were very professional and enjoyable to have in our home.

Eric and Oscar did a fabulous job!

Eric & Oscar did a good job but Eric was rather condescending. I misunderstood what "move furniture" meant, thinking they would move recliners, etc. to the kitchen. He would not let me finish a sentence. He stated that he'd worked with children so he knew how to explain things. I finally understood that they could… Read full review

Great communication. I liked that I received a text of the location tracking and knew the exact time the technician would arrive. Excellent, friendly service and happy my carpet is clean and looks so much better now!

Technicians were friendly, professional and courteous. They were on time and communication was excellent. My only disappointment was that the high traffic areas still look dirty. I was assured the other areas were clean and the allergens were gone. My neighbor raved about Stanley Steemer being able to get out… Read full review

The crew was very knowledgeable and pleasant had no expectations and it was way better than I thought it would be very impressed

Very professional service

I’ve used Stanley at my home for many years so I set up an appointment for carpet cleaning at my parents house. My Mom was very pleased with the cleaning and politeness of the employees. Thanks

Marcus was great in and out very informative and professional . Highly recommend !

Once again Wonderful service like always I always go with Stanley steamer

Did a great job period.

Loved the employees and the services! Will be using them again in the future.

This is our first time using this company. Drew was very professional. Communication was great, service was great and we will definitely use this Company again

Edward and Andrew always, courteous, professional and good at what they do. Love Stanley Steemer. They’ve also done grout/seal which was huge improvement to old tile floor. The price is right which is a big bonus.

They did a great job. Carpet was very dirty and now they are cleaner. Everything I expected.

The employees were great, but honestly…if the carpets weren’t wet, I wouldn’t have known they had been there. We have a couple of high traffic areas that look exactly the same as they did before the carpets were cleaned.

Brian and Tyler were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets in the entire house. We are very pleased with the results.

John was professional and friendly. He was extremely proficient and did a great job. Our carpets look great and smell amazing!

They were efficient. They listened to my needs and wants. They communicated clear and honest expectations.

Very polite, professional, and friendly! Highly recommend and I will definitely use them again
