Employees were very friendly and professional. No complaints about their customer service. End result was not stellar. Once our carpet dried, it was as if it was never cleaned. We were promised a clean and deodorized floor which we do not feel was the case.

Carl was phenomenal. Absolutely blew it outta the park with his intricate carpet cleaning skills, he cleaned the carpet so well it looked like he replaced it with new carpet. Carl’s the man, if you need any carpet, tile, furniture, or area rugs cleaned, you know who to request.

My son moved into a new home that simply had a stale smell. We got all the rooms with carpet cleaned and deodorized. The technician arrived on time and was efficient and able to explain things clearly. I would use again!

Drew did a very good job. Although I expected maybe some spots because the carpet was a year old...ish not cleaned and heavily soiled by pets and garden related things, but dang it became looked like it's a new carpet for a great price. Drew called to confirm time and ask if he could arrive early (ALWAYS OK!!). HE was prompt and courteous. Kept me informed of progress through the whole process. Everything was extremely clean and smelled AMAZING!! BEFORE he left - he had me inspect it and offered to redo any areas I was not happy with. Overall a great experience

Don was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and walked us through his process of removing stains that have been on the carpets for years.

The men who came were polite and hardworking. They even came a little early. They gave clear instructions and had us check everything out before leaving.

Love using stanley steemer services to clean my apartment unit. Just got a new puppy and potty training didn't go as planned in the beginning, Ameen was quick and professional and got all the puppy stains out of the carpet. Thank you

Great communication. I liked that I received a text of the location tracking and knew the exact time the technician would arrive. Excellent, friendly service and happy my carpet is clean and looks so much better now!

Edward and Andrew always, courteous, professional and good at what they do. Love Stanley Steemer. They’ve also done grout/seal which was huge improvement to old tile floor. The price is right which is a big bonus.

They did a great job. Carpet was very dirty and now they are cleaner. Everything I expected.

The employees were great, but honestly…if the carpets weren’t wet, I wouldn’t have known they had been there. We have a couple of high traffic areas that look exactly the same as they did before the carpets were cleaned.

I bought a car that was terribly trashed, and had axle grease spilled all over the inside. It was very oily, very smelly, and a very dirty job. They did an extremely good job cleaning it and worked really hard to got every nook and cranny. They made the highly abused carpets look like new! Highly recommend!

Had an 11:00 appointment. Got a phone call at 10:15 to see if I’d like them to come earlier. I said yes. He arrived at 10:30 & was finished by 11:50. Wow, it was a family room & hallway.

The technicians provided Great Service..This is my second time using this company and results were not as expected. I don’t doubt the work of the technician I just would have wanted the carpet to be a bit more cleaner the equipment doesn’t seem that it would clean white carpets.
