Don showed up right at the beginning of our time window (much appreciated), explained the process and got to work. 45 minutes later our 20 year old carpeting is clean and he even got the pet stains out. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Techs did a great job and were very helpful moving things so that they could do a thorough job cleaning. They cleaned and deodorized carpet, tile, and upholstery. Pricing was competitive and it looks terrific.

Technicians Edward and John work so seamlessly together. So very nice and professional. My carpets hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and they did a fantastic job!! Looks almost new again for this 10 year old carpet! Recommend these gentleman highly!!

Torion was very courteous, respectful and informative. He had the job done in about an hour and I am very happy with the results. I had a lot of old spots that I can't take care of any longer and he did a great job!! Will be using Stanley again next month for my recroom.

Very professional, got rid of my dark spots and stains. Didn't take long for doing three rooms.

Tyler was very great and professional, he took his time and was thorough going over the floors. The floors look awesome!

Employees were very friendly and professional. No complaints about their customer service. End result was not stellar. Once our carpet dried, it was as if it was never cleaned. We were promised a clean and deodorized floor which we do not feel was the case.

Perfect job !, Coming back soon to do other services they offer. Have used them for several years. Helpful with urine stains from our dog. Reminder of what to use for spot removal so there is no soap residue which can attract dirt. He applied sanitizing and scotch guard so we are set for winter.

I have used Stanley Steamer for over a decade. The Customer Service is really good. I've had them return 3 times in past when cleaning wasn't the best. Their always courteous, patient and aim to please the customer. Clinton Chief does a phenomenal job in cleaning.
