Everything, from setting up an appointment, tracking their arrival, professionalism, transparency, work performed, clean up, military discount, to departure, was outstanding! I can't believe how much better the inside air smells. Thank you John. Thank you Kameron. Thank you Stanley Steamer.

Our technicians Forest and Albert were amazing! They were super polite, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process in great detail. My husband and I were shocked with how much goes into cleaning a new build's duct work! After they were complete, they shook our hands and thanked us. Could not be happier with the results!

We were blown away with the process. Had no idea how complex it is. Before and after pics. Have had another company clean our ducts in the past; nothing near as thorough as SS. The technicians were awesome, a pleasure, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Duct cleaning was efficient and effective. Removed the construction dust and debris from a remodel. Very happy

The techs very customer service friendly. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. They explained what and why they were doing things every step of the way. Excellent team and great experience.

The employees were great and knowledgeable about the service and products, yet for $500 I feel that the ducts should have been sanitized due to the ducts and vents are still dusty. There's still dust blowing out of the vents 😷😞

The two young men were very nice and professional.

They were professional and polite. They knew what they were doing and they cleaned my air ducts well. I could tell they enjoyed their work because they whistled while they worked! I loved that.

Both tech's were courteous and conscientious.

I would give them a 4 out of 5 stars. The young men were very courteous and friendly. Generally they cleaned up after themselves but could have done a more thorough job or vacuuming. The only damages I found were scratches on the vent covers.

Professional and diligent. Took their time and made sure the job was completed correctly. Will use their services again for other things because of these 2

Dwayne & Cameron were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They took the time to explain the service they were providing (cleaning air ducts) and make recommendations specifically for our home. Will definitely be using Stanley Steamer in the future.

Dryer vent cleaning was quick. The team was professional and friendly. Thank you!

They did a wonderful job today.

Both where very polite and made me feel like they were going to take care of it all an they did.

Moises and Shamari did a great job! They were very thorough and Moises explained everything. They used corner guards to protect our floor boards and were overall a great crew. We had wanted to have this done for a while and I am so glad we picked Stanley Steemer. Even their salesman Harrison was very knowledgeable when he came out and gave us a price.

This is what we found after Stanley cleaned our ducts. It all accumulated in our air conditioner filter. They should have advised us to change the filter for it could have damaged the AC unit. Hard telling what the A coil looks like now. We have also had a foul order in the house since vents have been cleaned.

All employees were knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of furnishings, walls and floors and hard workers. Got a quick appt. for air duct cleaning and the before after pics were impressive.

Servicemen were polite and efficient.

The technicians did a great job there were prompt and courteous. I even received a text message saying they were on their way 15 minutes before they got to my house. They left the house just as it was before they came clean

Rob and his team were very professional and proficient. They explained what and how they were doing. I was very skeptical because I couldn't see what was being pulled out of my vents. But I believe the house is much cooler since the the vents have been cleaned. Thank you for your service
