I seriously can not say enough good things about Jerrell! He was FABULOUS he left my carpets looking brand new, he cleaned up after himself. He worked super hard getting my carpets cleaned and I seriously can not thank him enough. I have 2 more rooms I will be having him come out again very soon!

They did a fantastic job at a great price! Very effective stain removal - they even got out most of the tattoo ink a roommate spilled. It looks almost as good as when I moved in 10 years ago. Great job!!!

Don showed up right at the beginning of our time window (much appreciated), explained the process and got to work. 45 minutes later our 20 year old carpeting is clean and he even got the pet stains out. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Bryson did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. Our carpets look brand great —stains I thought were permanent are completely gone! He took the time to explain what he was doing, worked efficiently, and treated our home with great care. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

Was told one price over the phone with representative and once the service tech arrived the basement was priced as 4 rooms instead of 3. The large room was considered 2. Overall, the service was done efficiently and professionally

Technicians Edward and John work so seamlessly together. So very nice and professional. My carpets hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and they did a fantastic job!! Looks almost new again for this 10 year old carpet! Recommend these gentleman highly!!

Stanley Steamer has always been a go-to for our family and once again they didn’t disappoint! Tyler was an excellent service provider and a delight to work with. I highly recommend him.

Tyler was on time, actually a little early, which was great because I didn’t have to wait around for that time window. He was professional and friendly. We have a large dog who had a bout of digestive issues and Tyler worked really hard to get out a lot of stains. My carpets look great.
