Explained the process, timeline, and areas of concern in advance. Everything he explained was done and our couch looks way better. I felt like he went the extra mile to ensure we were happy.
We have large dogs, and our vinyl flooring needed some deep clean lovin’ beyond the mop and bucket. SS came out within a day of my initial call, and Carl got the job done in a couple hours. He was informative and efficient, and did great work! He even offered to add a steam clean on my couch that got completed same day with the floors. 10/10 recommend!
Kevin is excellent. He thoroughly cleaned the furniture and took his time, making sure everting was scrubbed. He’s also a great conversationalist and had a smile on his face the whole time. 10/10 Fantastic expedience.
