Explained the process, timeline, and areas of concern in advance. Everything he explained was done and our couch looks way better. I felt like he went the extra mile to ensure we were happy.
We have large dogs, and our vinyl flooring needed some deep clean lovin’ beyond the mop and bucket. SS came out within a day of my initial call, and Carl got the job done in a couple hours. He was informative and efficient, and did great work! He even offered to add a steam clean on my couch that got completed same day with the floors. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect job !, Coming back soon to do other services they offer. Have used them for several years. Helpful with urine stains from our dog. Reminder of what to use for spot removal so there is no soap residue which can attract dirt. He applied sanitizing and scotch guard so we are set for winter.
