The work was excellent. However, I was very unhappy that the office did not call me, as promised, before the men arrived. Their arrival was a complete surprise, and I wasn't ready. What if I had been at work? I would not have gotten my carpet cleaned. This was not the fault of the service technicians, but rather the result of poor management.

Bought a new house where the prior owner had a large dog.They barely spent 10 minutes cleaning the carpets. Left them soaking wet, and said they would be dry by the evening. Took two days plus fans to have it dry. Also left large mats of fur in the corners. Will NOT be using them again.
