Thank you so much! This process was super easy! Made the appointment online, Bill was great! Let me tell you, my carpets look amazing!! Bill even called me and asked if he could clean the bedroom carpet to make up for the difference for an extra $20! So I got 3 rooms and a hallway cleaned for $150!!!
