Stanley Steemer

I haved used the Beavercreek Stanley Steemer repeatedly to clean carpets, upholstery, air ducts, and color seal grout. This franchise has always given me great service from a courteous and professional staff.

Always been excellent job well done, and will keep using them.

I get quarterly service for 2 small high traffic areas of my home. When Aaron arrives I almost always have some add-ons for him and he does everything with a smile. He works very hard and very efficiently while he is here and always does such a superb job. I will always request Aaron.

Robert went above and beyond my expectations in cleaning our carpets. Between all the rain, grandchildren and dog traffic it was a mess and now it looks brand new. Be sure to ask for Robert next time you schedule Stanley Steamer. You won’t be sorry. He truly cares about doing his best.

I had an issue with the carpet cleaning. One of the technicians was in training. The top dog for Stanley Steamer emailed me and sent their best technician to resolve the problem. Problem fixed! It was nice to know that Stanley Steamer replied so quickly by the Top Dog!

Everything is clean, however gate was left opened and I can not chase my dog. It made me unhappy. Also the crew is always trying to sell me a plan.

As usual Stanley Steamer does a nice job cleaning the carpets. The only tale away was for some reason they only send out one guy now instead of two. That seems to be a bad idea as this is a two man job.
