Dannie and Cariell were friendly and professional, easy to work with, and magicians when it came to getting some of the toughest pet stains out of my carpet. I highly recommend them, and I am grateful for their helpful service!
The couch was not moved, so the carpet behind my couch was not cleaned. That area is still soiled. There were also spots missed. I would appreciate a different technician to return to complete the job, or a refund so I can pay someone else. These workers are quick to get a job done, and quick to accept a gratuity,…
Did a great job with the pet stains. Unfortunately they could not remove the furniture stains.
Gilmore and Billy did an outstanding job on everything. I would definitely use their services again.
Both men that came here were great! The carpets and my couches almost look new. Great job with my ceramic tile too!
I was dogsitting my sister's young dog. She soiled my carpet in two rooms! It was not pretty even though I cleaned up. I called Stanley Steemer and they came out the same day. Did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend them.
Nathan was effective in removing stains and odors from our pet. Our carpet is old but he managed to bring it back to life. He did a great job.
I guess they don't move couches or anything when they come and clean carpets now They just go round stuff I guess that's how it works
I loved my experience with Cory. He cleaned and explained very throughly the process on what he would be doing for me today!
Excellent service! Two nice young men who were professional, nice and carpets look amazing
Young man did a thorough job.My carpet was covered in pet stains due to my inability to make sure Sadie did her business outside. She was used to me going outside with her. I cannot walk her or go out with her anymore. I am trying to talk to her from the doorway. Success most times. 95% of the awful stains are gone. Thank you.
Andrew and Keith were awesome! They were friendly, professional, and detail oriented.
Very professional and organized. Matt was our service tech and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!!
My dog had used the restroom by my front door and then tracked it through my living room. I do have a carpet cleaner but it’s a cheap one with the bristles that basically just smears into your carpet. I was calling everywhere no one could get me in for a week.Stanley Steemer an Beavercreek Ohio came that day.…
I had the best experience for my first time using this company. The man who did everything was so professional! 10/10 job!
The Stanley Steemer teammate was very thorough and friendly and worked hard to make our carpets look like new.
Arrived when expected and did a great job! Machine overheated towards the end and the technician was able to resolve the issue and finish the job. He was very friendly and efficient. My sectional couch looks great and smells awesome! I definitely recommend 👍
They were able to come very quickly and it was a really good price. Noah did an excellent job and was so friendly.
The guys that came really did a good job. They made the furniture look new again. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.
Very professional and efficient / would definitely use their services again
The guys were fast, efficient, professional and friendly. The carpet looks great.
