Stanley Steemer

I haved used the Beavercreek Stanley Steemer repeatedly to clean carpets, upholstery, air ducts, and color seal grout. This franchise has always given me great service from a courteous and professional staff.

It wasn’t a good job that’s all I have to say . To have professional equipment and good 200 he could’ve done a lot better and I don’t think he tried . The price willing be bad if the job matched the price.

My husband spilled red candle wax (of all colors) on our fairly new recliner. I was heart sick, and tried a few times to remove it, but was unsuccessful. Called Stanley Steamer, and D’Angelo came out, and worked until he removed it all, and my chair looks like new again. D’Angelo does a great job, and I highly recommend him. Great service!!! 💕

Jimmy is 5 stars +. We only use him as our tech. Never have to wonder who is coming to our door or what the service will be like. We know!! We use the annual contract option. Also use Stanley Steemer for duct cleaning. Have always been completely satisfied.

Prompt, very courteous and polite, explained what he would be doing, offered additional services I may be interested in but not pushy.

First service that refused to remove their gross snow covered boots when coming to clean on my WHITE carpet. They said “we cannot take them off and we are not allowed to wear booties, we will wipe up whatever after we are done” but obviously you cannot wipe up a dirty white carpet. Excellent customer service. Christopher was prompt, answered all questions, took his time and carefully cleaned all areas. Ryan and Aaron were so helpful and informative before, during and after the service. They listened carefully to our needs and thoroughly discussed options before they began, and had us check over their work throughout their time here. Will definitely have them back out for regular cleanings.

I had EXCELLENT service to day from Stanley Steemer. There were food stains on my couch and chair that were difficult to remove. After the treatment from Stanley Steemer, the stains VANISHED and the furniture looks like NEW! So happy with this service and I will use them again in the future.
