Prompt, very courteous and polite, explained what he would be doing, offered additional services I may be interested in but not pushy.

First service that refused to remove their gross snow covered boots when coming to clean on my WHITE carpet. They said “we cannot take them off and we are not allowed to wear booties, we will wipe up whatever after we are done” but obviously you cannot wipe up a dirty white carpet. It’s very disrespectful to come… Read full review

Kevin was very professional and friendly and did a great job. My only complaint is that when you go to give the young man a review Stanley, Steemer has a pop up that you cannot avoid wanting to force you into getting emails from them. That is annoying.
