Simon was polite and professional, and was able to come out the same day to clean our clogged laundry vent. Great company, and we’ll use them again!

He was great 100% would recommend

Simon did a great job. I appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. Unlike some other companies, he was honest about what work I actually need and what was not necessary based on what he sees, and showed me the proof as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Shimon promptly responded to my emailed questions, gave me an appointment for 2 days from my initial contact. He let me know when he was going to be a few minutes late. Professional, engaging, efficient. Five stars!

Simon was very professional, honest, and knows how to do a quality job. He communicates very well and is personable and trustworthy. We’ll happily keep using his services and recommend him to others!

Called about an annual dryer vent cleaning. Very responsive. Give me a quote over the phone. Schedule an appointment within an hour of calling. Showed up right at the time he said he would. Clean the dryer vent quickly and efficiently. Quoted price matched the final price. Payment was quick and easy.

Simon was super! Our dryer stopped running and indicated we needed to clean out the dryer vent. Simon came the same day I called (on a weekend!). He was easy to communicate with, fair in his pricing, arrived on time, professional, and worked quickly. So grateful!

Simon and StarDucts was great! He cleaned the laundry vents on 4 houses that I own. He went the extra mile to remove lint that others would leave behind and he explained the process. I have the peace of mind of knowing the job was done right and that our homes are safe. I highly recommend him.

They did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my ducts

Overall good work and on time!

Great experience. Was able to schedule a next day appointment to get my dryer vent cleaned. The technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable and even vacuumed behind the dryer for me after he was done with the vent cleaning.

A friend recommended me to use StarDucts and I am very glad I did. Service was friendly and professional the entire time. They did a great job cleaning the vents, and the price was fair. Keep on the great work!
