My recent annual dryer air duct cleaning was straight forward and painless. The technicians (Brian Medrano Lopez Kevin Velasco) were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They walked me thru the cleaning process and worked efficently. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them and StarDucts to others.
Brian was our technician for our duct and vent cleaning. It was the first time we'd had this done since moving into our house. It's an older home, and we weren't sure when the vents were last cleaned. Brian communicated clearly about what he was doing throughout the process. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. We're very pleased with the results of Brian's work and with our experience with StarDucts overall. It was clear the cleaning was overdue, and we'll keep using them for future cleanings. I'd definitely recommend them!

We are happy with the dryer vent cleaning service. Shimon, our experienced professional did the cleaning, explained us the process in detail. As a bonus, we also got two of our ceiling fans cleaned. I gave a 4 because the price is on the higher side compared to the time it took. It is possible to DIY, if you can learn it. But I would prefer to have Shimon again for help next time :)
