Simon is amazing! I needed a new dryer installed in my apartment, and it turned out that my unit didn't have a vent pipe inside the wall at all! Simon was able to come out 48 hours later to install a whole new vent pipe from the roof to my unit in just a few hours. Very nice, professional, quick turnaround, highly recommend!

Arrived on time...actually 1 hr before scheduled time to be exact. Friendly and quick...cleaned vent and replaced dryer vent hose for free. Honest and upfront about questions and reasonably priced...highly recommend for any dryer and vent cleaning issues...

On time and great service!

Simon from Star Ducts was great! He cleaned the heavily accumulated lint out of our dryer ducting and also installed a new aluminum duct/vent going to the outside. He was friendly, polite, prompt, and efficient. We will have him check and clean our dryer every year.
