Stars and Pipes Plumbing Atlanta

Stars and Pipes Plumbing did a fantastic job and resolved the issues I had. VERY professional company. I was informed about every step. From coming out to do the estimate to the day the job was complete, above and beyond professional. Very pleased!

Sean is a very pleasant person to deal with and he was very straight forward and fair. He assessed a leak in our crawlspace stemming from a laundry washer valve box and replaced it in a couple hours.

Sean came to check our room and he was very professional and gave great advice. He actually said that we needed a roofer instead. He was very trustworthy and we plan on using them in the future for sure.

Sean provided excellent service in identifying a leak near the water meter and advocating on my behalf with the county who denied responsibility for damaging a pipe. He took photos and videos during his inspection as evidence. He went above and beyond to get the problem resolved. I highly recommend Sean, Stars and Pipes Plumbing.

Five stars are not enough. I called Stars and Pipes Plumbing Atlanta on a Sunday night because of a stressful sewer backup issue, and Sean was absolutely outstanding! He listened carefully, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and helped me understand what was likely going on without rushing or pressuring me. His… Read full review

Great company based on honesty and integrity!

Due to the extreme cold weather I had my pipes freeze and burst. I called around and when I called here I was actually able to talk directly to Sean who was the plumber. Seeing he was a Veteran stood out to me. It was late at night and Sean was able to come out and stayed to repair it into the early hours of the… Read full review

Sean was on time, thoughtful, and very knowledgable. The problem was fixed quickly.

Extremely good service. Sean not only helped us out on a weekend via phone call, but was nice enough to let us know what to expect before they came out, during the maintenance window, and after with all the fine details so we knew everything during the whole process. We couldn't have been more grateful for restoring service in our home.

Sean came to our house in the evening, almost 8 pm, to fix a main water leak that night. He is an earnest and forthright communicator and knows what he is doing. He explained what needed to be done and executed - all the while taking care to protect our house. We heartily recommend Stars and Pipes.

I had a great experience with Stars and Pipes Plumbing. Sean Nelson came to my house and spent a lot of time trying to find the cause of my water leak. It turned out to be a septic tank issue, not a plumbing problem, but Sean was still extremely kind, patient, and helpful. He even helped me contact a septic pumper.… Read full review

Very knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. Unlike other plumbers who just make things up and over charge.

Professional and excellent job of checking for leaks. Would highly recommend.

Sean is knowledgeable and very professional. He figured out our issue with basement plumbing back up. He came in a timely way and we were grateful he had everything he needed to repair our issues on his truck. We were grateful for his expertise.
