We own a medium sized rental business . We first met Tom when he was working at Apartment Rental Experts. He was our account executive overseeing our apartments rental activities. He was incredibly professional, respectful , responsive and knowledgeable! He was our only point of contact which shielded us from handling too many salespeople contacting us. Years later, From this positive experience and after he established his own business, we decided to hire him to manage our rental business .
As business owners, we are very client/tenant-focused and have a hands on approach to our business. As a result we were not particularly comfortable having just any company handle our tenants. We trust Tom completely to be the face of our business when interacting with them. As I mentioned, he is extremely professional, which gives us great confidence in having him in our buildings and dealing directly with our tenants.
He is also an excellent resource when it comes to connecting us with the right personnel if an issue arises that falls outside his area of expertise. He has no hesitation in communicating that, ensuring that the proper professionals are brought in so the work is done correctly.
We truly enjoy working with him. He is also very responsive to emergency calls and urgent situations (for example: no heat, lost keys, leaks, electrical issues, etc.).
We highly recommend him.
