Elon was on time and friendly. He was thorough and did the job in a timely manner.
Elon was amazing! He did such a great job and was very professional and thorough. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Steam Clean Pros!
Steam Pro came to the rescue when my dog got sick all over the carpet in the bedroom. It now looks just like new. I'll be using them from now on!
Elijah did such an amazing job cleaning my carpets this week, I am over the moon with the results! Overall great customer service I will be recommending him to my friends and family for any other services.
We had an exceptional experience with Steam Clean Pros. We were able to schedule quickly and everyone was super communicative throughout the process. Our Pro Kevin was thorough, accommodating, and highly recommended!
Kevin was my steam clean technician last Sunday. I was cleaning My client house and realize I needed a professional carpet steam cleaner, and I was able to book an appointment the same day the afternoon Kevin is very professional friendly and made My day smoother. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend. Thanks…
Kevin was an excellent worker who provided very detailed cleaning. And most importantly to me, he was a gentleman, kind, humble, and hardworking!
At first the spots I wanted removed didn't go away. After speaking with a representative, they sent another technician and the spots were removed promptly. I highly recommend this company. They care about their reputation.
Kevin was awesome! He contacted me to let me know he had an earlier opening which worked better for us, so we were delighted to get our carpets cleaned sooner. Kevin was friendly, polite and conscientious of our needs and the 5 star service that he performed. Kevin is an absolute asset to the company.
The guy did a great job. My expectations might have been too high. I thought the stains would be removed but instead the carpet was just cleaned and sanitized. Looks slightly better but definitely not what I thought I was paying 250 bucks for. I do not know how to reply to your reply so I will try it this way,…
Awesome service. Did a great job in a timely manner
Tylar and Kevin did an outstanding job.
Treante from Steam Clean Pros arrived on time, was very professional, and generally a very nice young man. He cleaned carpets in three rooms and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend this company and Treante to do your carpet cleaning.
Outstanding job and the person was also polite and thorough
Knowledgeable. Professional. Thorough in all details.
I had a few stains from coffee spills on very light carpet I was so pleased to see come out completely. Also, the technician was very respectful, and was considerate to my bird's potential sensitivity to certain cleaning chemicals (which he didn't use). A very professional organization.
Showed up on time and did a nice job. Thanks!
Both gentlemen were on time, very friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.
On time and a nice job. Thank you Armand
Excellent. Explained their methods very well. My only suggestion is for them to lay cloth down if u have wooden floors before they do your carpet..At my place they had to bring a big water “thing” up the steps and it created a little mess, nothing major. If u live on ground level, they can just do things from your entrance.
Armond did a great job on my carpets. Communication was great. The called prior to showing and let me know when it was done. Also Armond is a Lion's fan...Go Lions.
Worker is awesome I have had him before in
We had Steam Ckean Pros come out a little over two weeks ago to clean our couch, upstairs areas and stairs. The day of the cleaning he spent a lot of time shampooing our couch only to leave black marks all over it. I had to ask the service guy to come back inside a few times because he was trying to leave and area…
Timely, professional team. I wanted to inquire about the temperature as stated on your website for carpet cleaning... I walked across the room to move something during the cleaning and the carpets were ice cold where he just cleaned. Same on the stairs... I was under the impression they were using hot water (hotter…

The carpet was left way too wet. I had it done about 12:00-12:30 & at 11:00 pm it was still wet. It still felt a little damp in some areas the next morning. It looks great, he did a great job cleaning it but it was left way too wet!
