My only suggestion is for them to lay cloth down if u have wooden floors before they do your carpet..At my place they had to bring a big water “thing” up the steps and it created a little mess, nothing major. If u live on ground level, they can just do things from your entrance.

The carpet was left way too wet. I had it done about 12:00-12:30 & at 11:00 pm it was still wet. It still felt a little damp in some areas the next morning. It looks great, he did a great job cleaning it but it was left way too wet!

Alex called and arrived even a little early (which I said was Really OK). He efficiently cleaned my old rug. It has sentimental value to me so I would like to use it all my life.
