Easy to schedule, quick, and carpets/couch look great!
Very well done. Polite, friendly, informative and told us exactly to what they were doing.
We were very impressed with the tile and area rug cleaning. The service technician arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned our floors. He was both highly skilled and easy to work with.
Elijah did such an amazing job cleaning my carpets this week, I am over the moon with the results! Overall great customer service I will be recommending him to my friends and family for any other services.
I hired this company to do a deep clean on my mattress, and they did an outstanding job. They showed up right on time, walked me through everything they were doing, and clearly knew their craft. The technician was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process simple. The mattress looks and feels great now,…
Cleaned both couches to look brand new! Have 4 cats so odor was present. After they left, no odor at all! Super nice guys and sent several reminders and update text for confirmation! They were very quick and efficient and had great communication about the whole process.
Treante did a great job with the deep clean of our couch! Would definitely recommend these guys!
Tyler and Keven were very professional and nice. I had little hope that they could get the recent pet stain out of our wool area rug. We also had the remnant of an old stain we tried to take care of on our own. They got the stain out the rug looks and smells great. Their prices were better than others places I called. I would highly recommend this company.
Tylar was great! I was his last stop of the day and asked him if he would mind doing my stairs as well while he was here he gave me a reasonable price so he did that as well fantastic job on everything. We will be using this company again if we need to!
Very profession, hard working, did a great job! Would definitely recommend
What an efficiently run company! Everything went just as planned. The technician was very informative and did an amazing job! I’ve already scheduled to have my grout cleaned and sealed and have referred him to a friend.
Appointments available right away. Professionals. We had couch cleaning after cat pee, no smells, all clean. Like new 😂. Definitely will use in the future and Definitely recommend
Arrived on time, explained the process and cleaned a brand new queen mattress that the dog had an accident on. Really nice guy and didn't take long at all. Now the mattress has a waterproof cover 😆
They do a very thorough job and are very respectable of your home environment.
I am thoroughly pleased with the work that has been done here. I had all my carpets done all of my furniture done and my tile steamed. The young man that was here worked very hard and was very thorough. Their pricing compared to Stanley Seymour is amazing. Definitely give them a try.
Communication was fantastic. The tech arrived inside the window promised. Most importantly, the tech himself was fabulous. Explained the process and what to expect. When finished, he cleaned up, showed us what he did and charged us the expected rate. Great job!! Will absolutely recommend!
I am very, very pleased with Steam Clean Pros. Firstly, Nicole emailed me back on a Sunday and helped answer questions, and organize scheduling for Monday. Franklin arrived on Monday, and was very competent, and removed several dog stains from one carpet, and cleaned an upholstered bed. I have used another local…
The man was very polite and communicated what he would be doing.
Easy scheduling process, great communication! Tyler was on time and did an incredibly thorough job. He even was patient with my 7 year old asking a ton of questions about how everything worked. Super pleased with everything and would def recommend.
Had a good experience with the company. There was a scheduling issue that they corrected quickly and compensated me for the inconvenience. The tech arrived as discussed, communicated the process well, and executed exactly what was discussed. Very satisfied with the results.
Very professional, from scheduling, arrival, representative was knowledgeable and really worked hard. Not an easy task to clean pet stains off the couch. So happy with the results! Will recommend and use again.
Easy to work with, fast and efficient!
Had a terrible dog poop accident. Alex got here early and did a thorough job. Life saver!! Nice guy too.
The Technician did a great job and was very friendly and thorough....we will use again!

Trey did a nice job cleaning and deodorizing my carpet in my 3 rooms. My carpets look a lot better and cleaner! He was efficient and easy to talk to, explaining and answering my questions. I would recommend people to try this company.

Very responsive, professional, a pleasure to work with. I recommend them. Thanks again. Joe
I would highly recommend this company!
Awesome company! Use them regularly to clean my sofas & tile grout. Always do a great job.
Drew was very nice, professional, and on time. He came in took pictures just to make sure he took care of problem areas once wet. Extremely happy with my service. My couch looks and smells like new. Definitely will use again. Best local steam clean over any big name.
Could not get stain completely out. But worked hard trying
I would use them again in a heartbeat
Update: Even though the service was not what I expected and mistakes were made. Nicole took the time out of her day to reach out to me and she went above and beyond to resolve the issues I had with the service. I will try them again. Hopefully, my next experience with them, as far as the cleaning is concerned, goes…
I was able to quickly schedule my carpet cleaning for the next day before company came. Drew was on time and pleasant. He did a good job, but it took a long time for the carpets to dry. In the den without a fan it was 24 hours. This could be a problem.
Steam Clean Pros cleaned 2 area rugs, an ottoman and carpeted bedrooms for us. The process was simple and I received notifications when the appointment was booked, when they were on their way and again when the job was finished. The owner walked through the house with us and discussed what we wanted him to focus on.…
Drew was professional and friendly. He came on time. He did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend him. L hall
