Easy to book online, fair pricing and very accommodating. I booked my cleaning on Sunday afternoon and they were out on Monday to do the cleaning. The team members that showed up were early, polite and did a great job. We had a couch and two chairs cleaned and all three of them look great.

Their technician, Tyler is extremely meticulous. He previously cleaned our fabric dining room furniture. This time we hired him to clean our floor tiles/ grout. He did an amazing job both times.

We had Steam Ckean Pros come out a little over two weeks ago to clean our couch, upstairs areas and stairs. The day of the cleaning he spent a lot of time shampooing our couch only to leave black marks all over it. I had to ask the service guy to come back inside a few times because he was trying to leave and area…
Tylar was great! I was his last stop of the day and asked him if he would mind doing my stairs as well while he was here he gave me a reasonable price so he did that as well fantastic job on everything. We will be using this company again if we need to!

The man arrived on time after I was notified he was in the area. He was professional and worked actively on the stains on a chair that needed cleaning. He was not able to remove all of the stains and explained why.
Steam Clean Pros did an excellent job getting out a stain that was on a chair for a while and also cleaning my white lanai furniture that another cleaning service did a poor job cleaning. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them for any upholstery cleaning services.

They were polite, prompt and honest. I will use them again. I had 2 identical chairs and after the 1st one did not come clean the techs asked if I wanted him to do the 2nd chair. He let me see that the water was coming out clean and the spots on the chair would not come out. I greatly appreciate his honesty and saving me the cost of cleaning a 2nd chair.
