Great customer service, carpet looks new.
I would happily use Steam Pros again for my carpets. The technician was on time, polite, efficient and did a first rate job.
Eric was extremely knowledgeable and professional over the phone. Nick showed up on time and did an amazing job! He was able to eliminate stains that other companies couldn’t get out of the carpet. I would absolutely hire them again!
Steam Pros was awesome to work with! Eric was responsive and quick to fit me into their schedule same day for a large area of staining from a pretty bad dog accident on white carpet. River showed up a little ahead of schedule and was in and out within 30 minutes, making it super convenient for my busy afternoon. The…

The owner was very professional and offered a day early to get our carpets cleaned. A gentleman named Joey came into our home and professionally broke down the process of what is going to happen and he took out stains from a carpet that have been there for years. Carpet looks brand-new! We will see you next month, thank you guys!
Friendly, efficient, reliable, and quality job! Excellent!
The agents , Nick and Hans were ahead of schedule. They called to ask if they could come early. We happily agreed. The agents were respectful, responsible and worked hard to clean our carpets. My husband had a serious illness and now his hands shake so this year we had a few dark stains. No more stains. As usual,…
They did a great job! I had some stains, and they are now gone. Very satisfied. Professional, great communication and they are very quick and thorough.
I highly recommend Steam Pros! They were so easy to work with, and were able to help me out quickly when my puppy got sick and made a huge mess. Their product got all of it out and left my house smelling great! No pet odors at all like I’ve had in the past with other companies. The guy who came to shampoo the…
Very professional; kept me posted on response time. Overall good experience with the team. Linda
Really nice young fella came to do the carpet, he was actually a bit early which was great! Would use them again!
Had long term stains on carpet and it had been about 4 years since the last cleaning. Carpet looks great, stairs and clean and stains are gone.
This is an excellent service and absolutely professional.
Steam Pro always does a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets every 6 months. Very thorough and cares that their work is quality. Best carpet cleaning company out there!
Nick showed up on time and did an excellent job! Couldn’t be more pleased. (And Eric has a wicked sense of humor.)😁
Excellent carpet cleaning as well as customer service. Would highly recommend.

In time very professional and carpets look great
great job ,my carpets are clean and nice , i started out with 2 miniature schnouzers, and ended up with more than i bargained for ,thanks for steam pros , everyone is as clean as when i recarpeted the house 5 years ago.
This company was very professional. We had several rooms of carpet steam cleaned. The hallway had been "cleaned" by two other companies and never was clean. Stains stayed. This company got rid of all the problem areas. The carpet looks like new and it is over 15 years old.
Nick was great, let me know when on his way, on time and knowledgeable. High quality work and my carpet looks like new- thank you so much!!
Great communication! They listen to what the issues are and respond with what the best solution is. They also went over and above trying to help a severely soiled carpet.
Scheduling was accommodating to squeeze me in. Team was friendly and professional. My biggest need was grout/tile cleaning and I was very happy with the results. I would recommend Steam Pros.
Arrived at promised time. Service was thorough and performed efficiently.
Excellent! Both Eric and Nick were great! They did an amazing job.
GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE. CAN'T BEAT THAT.
Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. I am really happy with the work. I would recommend them and would use them again.
Nick and John from Steam-Pro cleaned 5 rooms of carpet at my home. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and did a great job on my carpet that is almost 22 years old and now looks like new. They got out a coffee stain I had been working on for 3 days along with general dirt in high traffic areas. I would highly recommend them.
These guys were very fast, affordable and professional. Really accommodating to last minute requests. Carpets look and smell fantastic! Thanks to your teammate, River!
River was on time and was very pleasant to work with. Good job with Steam Pros!! Will use them again!
Eric was very responsive and helpful. He was able to put us on schedule since we were in a time crunch. And John, who came out to do the cleaning, was on time, very helpful and completed the cleaning. He did a very nice job. Highly recommended Steam Pros !
Steam Pros cleaned both tile and carpeted flooring in my home. The previous occupants did not leave either real clean. When SP was done, the surfaces were very clean, including some difficult to remove pet stains. That's all I could ask for. Well, not to mention their showing up on time to do the work, and following…
I've used them 4 or 5 times over the years, and will continue to use them in the future. EXCELLENT service, great pricing, and some of the nicest people that you'll deal with.
I’ve use them two or three times and all the times Never disappointed It made me happy when when steam pros comes out And I couldn’t think of a better crew to help me ring the new year with clean carpets !
Nick was our tech and we appreciate his knowledge and caring personality. Answered my concerns and questions about why it is best to have a professional for deep cleaning carpet. It had been our first experience having someone come in for this service rather than renting a machine, Wow what a difference. Thank you so much
Great people to deal with!!

Eric answered my questions and gave explicit instructions on how we should prepare for cleaning day. Joey showed up slightly ahead of schedule and went right to work. He is knowledgeable about products and best use for our carpet and area rugs. He worked efficiently and in less than 2 hours had completed the job…
Called and got squeezed in for a next day appointment; they did a great job and carpets look like new!
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Excellent job removing stains and making the carpet look new. The job was performed at a Firehouse where foot traffic is heavy. They also cleaned clothed furniture, tile flooring in kitchen, bathrooms as well as bathroom shower walls.
