Great Service, Courteous and Job Well Done!
We have been using Steam Pros Carpet and Tile Cleaning for many years have found them to be very professional, arriving on time and taking extra care to make sure their service is above and beyond.
I use Steam Pros for my home and I just had them clean my Grandma’s carpets. There were some pesky stains. I was amazed that they were able to get them out. I truly love a good family owned business that cares! I recommend them to everyone!
I would happily use Steam Pros again for my carpets. The technician was on time, polite, efficient and did a first rate job.
Nick was courteous, friendly, arrived in a timely manner. Very pleased at the results of the carpet cleaning, especially the fragrance. Carpet looks like brans new again!
River did a fantastic job!
The owner was very professional and offered a day early to get our carpets cleaned. A gentleman named Joey came into our home and professionally broke down the process of what is going to happen and he took out stains from a carpet that have been there for years. Carpet looks brand-new! We will see you next month, thank you guys!
The agents , Nick and Hans were ahead of schedule. They called to ask if they could come early. We happily agreed. The agents were respectful, responsible and worked hard to clean our carpets. My husband had a serious illness and now his hands shake so this year we had a few dark stains. No more stains. As usual,…
I highly recommend Steam Pros! They were so easy to work with, and were able to help me out quickly when my puppy got sick and made a huge mess. Their product got all of it out and left my house smelling great! No pet odors at all like I’ve had in the past with other companies. The guy who came to shampoo the…

Eric was able to schedule us in time to have our new space ready for rental in the time line we needed. He was responsive and great pricing! Nick was here on time and went above and beyond. I have never seen a carpet company shampoo carpets and then make sure it passes the white towel test before they are happy with…
GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE. CAN'T BEAT THAT.
These guys were very fast, affordable and professional. Really accommodating to last minute requests. Carpets look and smell fantastic! Thanks to your teammate, River!
Great job cleaning our carpets, timely, professional, would highly recommend steam pros for your carpet cleaning needs!
Steam Pros cleaned both tile and carpeted flooring in my home. The previous occupants did not leave either real clean. When SP was done, the surfaces were very clean, including some difficult to remove pet stains. That's all I could ask for. Well, not to mention their showing up on time to do the work, and following…
I’ve use them two or three times and all the times Never disappointed It made me happy when when steam pros comes out And I couldn’t think of a better crew to help me ring the new year with clean carpets !

Called and got squeezed in for a next day appointment; they did a great job and carpets look like new!
Excellent results on our dog stained carpet!! Highly recommend!
They did a very good job but at double the price of the company they took over. I feel they cost too much and will business because of the price. I hope not. Nice guys.
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Excellent job removing stains and making the carpet look new. The job was performed at a Firehouse where foot traffic is heavy. They also cleaned clothed furniture, tile flooring in kitchen, bathrooms as well as bathroom shower walls.
Eric was very professional, gave me a reasonable bid for cleaning my carpets. Scheduling was prompt and efficient. My carpets look great! One of my neighbors already asked for their number. I would recommend Steam Pros.
Steam Pros has always been kind, on time, communicative. We were under the gun, and they squeezed us in and did so with a smile on their face. We truly appreciated it because it was a last minute race to get the in-laws out of their apartment.
Steam Pros is the best carpet cleaning company I have used. Prompt, communicated very well and friendly service. I will definitely used them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
Joey came to our house and did a great job. Carpets are cleaned which, of course, is what we paid for. But Joey was very respectful and kind. Listened to what we had going on and was attentive. We have some cats that may dash and he needed to leave the door ajar so that he could get the equipment hoses in and out.…
Eric and his team were prompt and professional, on-time and cost effective. I would highly recommend them for your carpet and floor cleaning needs.
Amazing service. My carpets have never looked so good!

The young man who cleaned my carpet was on time, and did a lovely job cleaning my very dirty carpets.
From start to finish, this is hands down the best company for carpet cleaning. I've already recommended their services and will continue to do so.
Good job, fair price! Great folks to deal with!
The customer service is top notch!
Efficient, professional, quality work
They showed up as scheduled, have the right equipment, listen well to any special instructions. Very professional and results are very good.
The owner of the company was responsive, very helpful, and funny. Chad H. did an amazing job on our carpet. We had a lot of food and drink staining and Chad got all of the stains out. I will use this company for our annual cleaning forever. Do not look anywhere else, these guys are the BEST!
Joey and Wyatt were on time and got right down to work. They also cleaned the floor tile in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room and sealed the grout. The carpets and tile are noticeably cleaner and spots removed. They were very nice to work with and worked well as a team. I would definitely hire Steam Pros again.
Joey was prompt, explained the process and very knowledgeable. He was very professional and did a great job. We have used 2 other carpet cleaning businesses in the past and they do not come close to comparing with the professionalism and overall performance of Steam Pros.
Joey came at the scheduled time. He did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets and two lounge chairs. There was no mess, no fuss, and a very neat job! He was so helpful moving a few of the heavier things and putting items up on plastic blocks for the carpet to finish drying. My carpet looks brand new!!
Wow! Eric and Chad are amazing. They not only went all the way to my home in Applegate but they were able to get purple nail polish out of white berber carpet. They were professional, on time and went above and beyond to get our carpets looking new again. Five ⭐'s, would recommend .
Great service and cleaned the rugs much better than any carpet cleaning rental equipment that I could have rented.
Always do a great job! Happy customer :)
Easy to schedule; came on time and did a great job!
Carpet cleaning was GREAT. Upholstery cleaning could have been better.
Extremely happy with Steam Pros. They were professional and courteous and very affordable. Eric was great getting the appointment set up over the phone and Chad worked some kind of magic on the horrifically stained white carpets that should have probably been condemned. Highly recommend!
Great customer service, competitively priced and our carpets look great!
My family uses Steam Pros. We are always extremely happy with the service we get, and the staff exceptional. We recommend Steam Pros to anyone who wants their home to look it's best.
Steam Pros transformed our home. They were very professional and efficient. They were very thorough with their work and cleaned stains on the carpet I thought would never come out and my grout is brand new again! I highly recommend them for your home if you want a brand new carpet, tile, and /or area rug!
Great. Great Great
I have used this service twice in the last year and I have white carpet, and Eric’s team does an amazing job. Very friendly, professional and goes above and beyond.
These guys are amazing! The confirmation texts, the reminder text/email then the morning of...letting me know they are on the way...then the follow up they have finished. #Communicationgoals
The owner of the company is amazing. Very nice and I appreciated how he was able to answer my questions right away. I was on a strict time line and he was able to accommodate. The two gentlemen that came to the house were very considerate and took care great care of the carpets and upholstery. The house smelled wonderful afterwards. YAY!
They did a great job taking care of my elderly parents. Thank you!
Easy to work with and did a good job.
cleaned floors on a previous rental and took the time to deep clean something that the maid service did not understand. Value = Services preformed and than some.
Steam pros was able to fit me in on the day I called for a coffee stain on white carpet that I had tried to clean myself. They got the job done and the carpet looks great, no signs of coffee! I would definitely use them again. They are quick to respond and very courteous.
Great work! Professional and reliable and consistent!
Steam Pros removed stains and pet odors that other carpet cleaning companies could not. The crew was very detailed and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anymore who thinks that their carpets just need to be replaced, as I did. These guys are good.
This is the 4th time I’ve used SteamPros and they always exceed our expectations!!
