Nick and his team were very professional and knowledgeable! They came quickly and repaired our sewer line. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was done in a timely manner. I would happily hire them again if I have any future sewer line issues!
This company is amazing! This is the second time I've had to utilize their services and they exceeded all expectations! The owner is very caring and helpful specially in these emergency situations. They helped with all the insurance calls and was quick to act! I had my water main break and from the time they showed up they were busy to get to work! They are professional hard working and very friendly! They started digging at 2 and was complete with Job by 4:30! I would recommend this company for any excavation and sewer work you have!

After I posted my review, he called me and used unprofessional language during the call. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. Avoid at all cost

Phenomenal job by Sterling! I began some basement renovations and as things go, found out I needed a new sewer line run to the street. They began work on a Thursday morning and encountered plenty of obstacles, but stayed until almost 10pm to get the job done so our family could have functional plumbing by the next day. The crew worked hard and were very diligent and professional, despite some of my neighbors being not so polite about some of the noise. I have three women in my house and going without water for more than a day is non negotiable, lol.

Paid $9,500 to fix a sewer line belly causing standing water from partway through the pipe to the city tap. The contract clearly stated the pipe would be replaced at proper grade, meaning no more standing water. After the dig, the contractor claimed the job was complete but never verified the result. He offered to reinspect but repeatedly delayed, downplayed the issue, and rescheduled without ever showing up. These delays continued until the warranty period quietly expired, which now looks deliberate in hindsight. I hired a licensed plumber for a follow-up inspection, which confirmed the standing water still exists. The issue isn’t just a failed repair, it’s the pattern of evasion and manipulation used to avoid accountability.

Needed main water line replaced. They did everything possible to get water back on as soon as possible. Even after running into problems with insurance he spent hours on the phone to make sure we were taken care of. Great service. Will be using for all future needs.
