Can only comment on driver i encountered on rt 8 Wednesday August 12 tailgating me speeding and generally reckless all while driving company car

Everyone is very polite and professional. The woman in the office, the installers and the sales person( Pete ) do there jobs well. This system is much easier to operate then my 25 year old alarm.

Strongly urge this company be contacted to assess if the product and service meets the requirements of future alarm system buyers.

The crew at Sterling installed a camera system, intrusion system, and activated a fire alarm system at our church Christas week. They did a great job with the installation. Everything was left neat and clean. They trained me in how to use the systems. Everything was easy to understand and operate. All of their reps were respectful and friendly. A couple days after the installation, we had a security issue and needed to capture some of the video footage. They came out to the church and Walked me through the process. They get back to me quickly when I call them. I am glad we found Sterling Security.
The two employees from Sterling Security Systems were on time, hardworking and polite. I supervised them and they did exemplary work. I would highly recommend them for any security system installation. I also had a smoke detector that was problematic with our previous security system and the technician was able to troubleshoot it and fix it in a short period of time so that it worked with the new system.
We are new customers with Sterling Security. The process was so much easier than I expected. It was first explained what I should have and then the installation went as smoothly as possible. The installer took the time to explain exactly how the system worked. We are confident that we made the right chouce
