Frank checked my two central a/c units to make sure they were maintained and working correctly. He changed the filters for me and checked the thermostats. He covered his shoes while indoors. He was courteous and asked if I needed any help with anything. Great experience with a young man starting his career which he likes very much.

Franko went above and beyond and provided great customer service. Completed the work in a timely manner and was very professional. Reached out for service and heard back right away and was able to schedule an appointment for someone to come out in under 3 hours. Super pleased with the service and pricing , even signed up for the membership.

Christian was wonderful! He explained what was going on with our unit and made recommendations to help us get it fixed. Had everything done in about an hour. Decided to do an annual contract with them for maintenance. I definitely recommend you keep up with maintaining your unit or you’ll be caught up with blindsided issues like we were!

Excellent service. Angel was respectful, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He gave me a couple of reasonable, low-cost options without any pressure. I really appreciated his honesty and would definitely recommend them.

I have my air conditioner maintained on a regular schedule by Steve’s Five Star Service and consistently receive excellent service. The technician assigned, Chris, was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and very thorough. I always have peace of mind knowing I won’t experience any problems, especially during the hot summer days.

I’ve used these guys for over 10 years. The serviceman today, Chris- was knowledgeable and friendly.

Christian did a great job , inspecting and advising us of potential issues and problems we need to address, inspecting and outlining a plan . We use Steve’s for our annual inspections . Christian is very good at his job , with his approach , detailed explanation of issues.
