Steve's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

My A/C completely died. They gave me my options, my timeliness and my total costs. They showed up when they said they would, they gave an appropriate time line, they kept to their price and they cleaned up after. What more could I ask for?!?

Christian was wonderful! He explained what was going on with our unit and made recommendations to help us get it fixed. Had everything done in about an hour. Decided to do an annual contract with them for maintenance. I definitely recommend you keep up with maintaining your unit or you’ll be caught up with blindsided issues like we were!

It's hot... I had another capacitor go out on my A/C unit. Chris arrived on time. Did a great job. Their AI system had trouble connecting me to my existing account. Chris reached out to the office and they were able to figure it out. They got my account connected and came to find out my part was still under warranty so I only got stuck w the labor charge.

Andy and his team were friendly, efficient, timely and was neat. My home is over 100 years old, and I initially had concerns about replacing a unit that was installed over 30 years ago but they conquered all and I now have working air. Again thank you Andy and team you’re the best

Chris came out to check A/C shutting off occasionally, and not getting as cold as normal. Found that refrigerant was very low. Recharged system, checked everything, it's working great now. He also checked my ducts to make sure they were good. Explained everything thoroughly. Thanks Chris.

Chris has serviced our furnace and AC unit a few times now, and is always friendly and professional. He most recently fixed our broken AC on a hot day and made sure we were nice and cool. We appreciate his work so much!

Five stars isn't enough for the installation team- Mario, Jesse, Daniel. They worked very well together - it's hard work and a lot of knowledge is needed for all they did. I felt so good about them and how they treated the job, each other, and me.

Christian was friendly and quickly identified the problem with my air conditioner. I appreciated he acknowledged how concerned I was about having no air conditioning in 98 degree weather outside. Alex was our technician; he diagnosed the issue right away and resolved it. He started the AC system and stayed to be sure it was functioning properly and tested temperature of air leaving vents. Very happy with their service.

The service technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me a senior discount on my repair and offered to change the HVAC filters at no additional charge.

The technicians, John and Enrique, are skilled and well mannered. Took time to explain the technical issues, direct to the point with the cost, warranties, etc., before starting the job. Great job! Highly recommend👍👍

Air was not working during a very hot day. Repair man arrived as scheduled. Repair was completed quickly. The repair man was friendly and very efficient. The only negative part of the experience was the cost of the part that needed to be replaced.

I called them for service on A/C & Heater, check on zone damper make sure it was operating properly, had concerns about air purifier, plus had them install UV light. The technician Doug, very knowledgeable, they sent him out within 3 days, and finished up with new parts the next day. Steve's originally installed my system in 2014.

I was out of town and my elderly parents needed help with their ac. I called and they handled everything for me and called me with the issues. My parents were happy and stress free. Thank you Steve’s
