Christian was wonderful! He explained what was going on with our unit and made recommendations to help us get it fixed. Had everything done in about an hour. Decided to do an annual contract with them for maintenance. I definitely recommend you keep up with maintaining your unit or you’ll be caught up with blindsided issues like we were!

We purchased an annual membership last year so today's HVAC service was covered at no additional cost. The service was performed by Chris Urzua. He is very knowledgeable, polite and made sure to answer our questions. We live in Rancho Cucamonga and have always received prompt service.

On Tuesday, 4/7/26, Steve’s Five Star Service came out to conduct a routine maintenance on my AC system. I’m happy with the service I received and the professionalism of the technician who visited my home. Matthew was prompt, kind and efficient with his time. I’ll definitely call again in the future.
