I was quoted $3,500 just for labor to replace an A/C compressor, even though the compressor itself is covered under the manufacturer’s parts warranty. Service tech came out to inspect and said I needed $6500 in repairs to get my non-working dual zone A/C system operational again. I paid the $89 service charge and then I explained the symptoms to a different company and he told me to just replace the filter, which I did, and presto! my A/C is working again.

My AC stopped working , I scheduled the service appointment with Steve’s five star service. Matt came over inspected the unit and replaced the capacitor and installed a new hard start kit. Christian was wonderful! He explained what was going on with our unit and made recommendations to help us get it fixed. Had everything done in about an hour. Decided to do an annual contract with them for maintenance. I definitely recommend you keep up with maintaining your unit or you’ll be caught up with blindsided issues like we were!

Phoned Steve's Air Conditioning and requested a service call for a defective fan motor. Steve's was able to send a technician later the same day. Christian showed up for our service call on time and got right to work, fixing our issue within a few minutes. Super professional, answered all our questions and re adjusted our thermostat and blower speeds he balanced our air and made sure both our AC and heater were working perfectly. Five stars isn't enough for the installation team- Mario, Jesse, Daniel. They worked very well together - it's hard work and a lot of knowledge is needed for all they did. I felt so good about them and how they treated the job, each other, and me.
