Customers report that the facility provides obedience and gun dog training, with many noting consistent progress, compassionate care, and ongoing support for questions after the program ends. Recurring themes include the trainers' availability for weekly check-ins and their ability to address specific behavioral issues. However, a minority of reviews criticize the facility's handling of dogs, citing instances of weight loss, skin infections, and a perceived heavy-handed training style.

I have been so impressed with the support we have had from Stevensons. We used their obedience training for our dog 1.5 years ago. The training they provided our dog has changed our world for the better. I have called with questions since our dog finished training and they are such a great resource. I love that…

Jeff and Kade did a great job with our lab Ike. I’d done some baseline work with Ike as a puppy but he really took off when he came to work with them for the Trained Retrieve program. They train consistently, compassionately, and with an intelligent structure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as an upland…

I’ve had several dogs go through training this BY FAR is the best trainer we have had. Jeff and Kade are amazing. At visits Lucy liked going to them as much as she liked to see us. They made sure we knew what to do to continue her training always available to answer questions. Lucy tail was wagging the entire time.…

Working with Jeff and his son was a pleasure! My pup Sunny Lou has great respect for them and they trained her well! After my recuperation from surgery, Sunny (and I) both got a refresher and she is doing absolutely great!! I’m so very grateful for Jeff Stephenson Dog Training!

Recently I called looking for help training our other dog and they were so helpful in letting me know how to correct the issues we are seeing with her. Today I went to the facility with our dog and I can’t wait to use the techniques they taught me! Thank you so much for helping us with our dogs!

Highly recommend the Stevenson’s for obedience and gun dog training! Our lab was 1 year old when we brought him for obedience and gun training…. I was at my wits end with him and couldn’t handle another day as he was exhausting. I called Jeff who let me come and check out the facility and meet him that morning as he could tell I was desperate and in tears. I was very impressed with Jeff and the facility was very clean and the dogs are well taken care of. Jeff and Kade did a wonderful job of calming our lab Waylon with much needed obedience! It was great to go and visit on the weekends to see the improvement he was making with each visit. I can definitely say he is so much better with his training and would recommend Jeff’s services. I have made a few calls to Jeff with questions and he has always responded back quickly. The Stevenson’s definitely have a love and knowledge for dogs and their training. Thank you again.

They train consistently, compassionately, and with an intelligent structure. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as an upland trainer to friends and family for general obedience, force fetch, and trained retrieve.

Long story short Jeff and his son saved our dog from going back to the rescue. We got our dog S'more when she was about 2 months old, we later learned she was more herding dog then we expected, we got her in with some in home trainers and trainers at petsmart and trainers our vet recommended but none of them seemed to work and S'more was just too much for our family, she didn't listen and constantly nipped at me and my kids. When S'more was about 9 months old I was desperate to find someone who could help us or we ultimately would of had to give S'more back. After searching the internet we came across Jeff and the rest is history. We loved our weekly visits to see the progress S'more was making as I was still very skeptical training would help. We brought S'more home today and its amazing how much better she is and how obedient she has become. We are once again so excited to have S'more as part of our family. Thank you so much Jeff and family for giving our doggo another chance!

big thank you thank you to the Stevenson’s for their wonderful work 😁
