Relocating from Urbana, Maryland to Mooresville, North Carolina was a huge move for my mom and me, and from Day 1, Mackenzie was absolutely top notch. She didn't just hear our wish list, she truly listened and understood what would make a house feel like our home.
And we weren't exactly making it easy! 😊 We wanted at least 6,000 square feet, a private boat dock, and a screened-in porch because Mom absolutely cannot do bugs! Mackenzie took every detail seriously and never made us feel like we were asking for too much.
Throughout the entire process, she was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. Relocating from another state can be stressful, but Mackenzie made us feel like we had someone local in our corner every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, her follow-through was outstanding, and she genuinely cared about finding the right home for both my mom and me.

Matthew was the greatest real estate agent we’ve ever had. He drove the extra mile to make sure we could get the home we really wanted and it was out of his area but he’s did an exceptional job at finding that home and selling that home to us even though we’re not in North Carolina yet he was nice enough to do the walk-through with our home. I highly recommend Jasmine Garcia! I had to sell my home under difficult circumstances. I was out of state and very apprehensive about working with a realtor remotely. Jasmine was awesome! I had a lot of questions and was often indecisive. Jasmine always promptly responded to me and was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in helping me to make the best possible decisions. She also has a great group of professionals that responded quickly and did a wonderful job with some necessary repairs for my home.
