Multiple blinds failed mechanically and it was incredibly difficult to schedule service. When service did get scheduled they brought the wrong parts. It has been literally a year trying to get them fixed with repeatedly ignored emails and inability to reach stone side by phone for service. Maria has not responded to emails for months, James referred us to others, and Dustin stated he would escalate the issue (4 months ago).
Justin is the bomb. Good coms, on time, fast work, good vibes.
I was a little hesitant to call a big company for this job over a blind store fearing high prices. While still a little higher than a discount site they were well priced and totally on top of customer service. They came out, measured, priced them, ordered and installed in a very reasonable amount of time. It was very effortless on my part. I would totally recommend them and Justin the installer.
