My wife found Stoneside Blinds and Shades and I really didn’t know what to expect. But the moment we met Rebecca everything felt good. She was thoroughly helpful throughout the entire consultation appointment, never rushing and always glad to help with any questions we had. AJ came to install. He knew exactly what he was doing. He installed like the pro he is and paid attention to detail. When he was finished he made sure to explain how everything worked and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

She has a great sense of humour and a kind and friendly personality. Next, Rafael and Dustin came to install the blinds. They were both very nice and friendly. They patiently helped me set up my App and programmed the remote to suit my needs on a complex set of 6 blinds in the master’s bedroom. They were fast and efficient in their work. I highly recommend them and this company for shades in a newly renovated home.

I got new window treatments for my entire house. I am very happy with them. Alex was great to work with. The appt was in person and he brought many swatches to choose from. He really thought about the right selection for each room’s window based on location and lighting. None of the people from other quotes did that. Vince came and did the measurements and then the installation. He was very nice to work with. He was diligent with the installation process and left no mess behind. All of my shades work perfectly.
We had a great experience with Rebecca and Rafiel. Rebecca walked us through the process and was super helpful in picking out colors and options. She even took the time to research a few color interactions for us and got back to us later. Rafiel was courteous, professional, and quick. He made us feel comfortable and did a great job with the installation. I’d highly recommend them! :)
