First, Anna helped me and my husband pick colors to match our furniture and paint and type/ design to match the functionality of shades in the room. She has a great sense of humour and a kind and friendly personality. Next, Rafael and Dustin came to install the blinds. They were both very nice and friendly. They patiently helped me set up my App and programmed the remote to suit my needs on a complex set of 6 blinds in the master’s bedroom. They were fast and efficient in their work. I highly recommend them and this company for shades in a newly renovated home.
Rebecca the designer and Rafael the installer were effective. The shade looks great. Thanks
Rebecca and Rafael did a phenomenal job! Rebecca worked with us to arrive at a design that felt natural to our space and Rafael brought the vision to life with thoughtful installation. I’m really grateful for all involved and would definitely recommend Stoneside for this experience.
Alex the designer was great with helping me choose my new windows coverings. Rafiel the installer was amazing and very professional. Great job Stoneside
I got new window treatments for my entire house. I am very happy with them. Alex was great to work with. The appt was in person and he brought many swatches to choose from. He really thought about the right selection for each room’s window based on location and lighting. None of the people from other quotes did that. Vince came and did the measurements and then the installation. He was very nice to work with. He was diligent with the installation process and left no mess behind. All of my shades work perfectly.
We had a great experience with Rebecca and Rafiel. Rebecca walked us through the process and was super helpful in picking out colors and options. She even took the time to research a few color interactions for us and got back to us later. Rafiel was courteous, professional, and quick. He made us feel comfortable and did a great job with the installation. I’d highly recommend them! :)
Thank you for sharing your experience with our custom blinds and shades services. We're thrilled to hear that our team provided helpful color guidance and a smooth installation, making your experience enjoyable. The Stoneside Team of Walnut Creek
