Therefore, it was necessary to find a representative who could deal with the entire estate in my interest over a long distance communication. I was recommended by a friend about Attorney Strausbaugh and was grateful to hire him. The fight against a not properly working executor to get what I inherited was a long lasting story. Attorney Scott Strausbaugh did it perfectly for me. I was always informed about everything and could reach him, when I needed it. I can definitely recommend him as very professional Attorney. He lead me through all legal cases to eventually close the estate in my favor. Thank you Attorney Strausbaugh Law and team.
I had used miranda blazek. I was going through a very difficult child custody case and divorce. A non biological father was trying to seek parental rights and custody of my child. During the whole process Ms. Blazek kept telling me my sons Biological father would not be a good choice to introduce into the picture because he was in prison... kept saying the judge would never consider the biological father any rights because he hasn't be around. She was months behind on filing divorce paperwork. I would email and call about it and she would never respond yet would charge me for those emails. I was 9k in the hole with her with absolutely no results. I decided to go with another firm they suggested bringing my sons Biological father to court, we won the case, I was divorced in less than 3 months. I would not suggest her as an attorney if you have a complicated case.
