Nice n cool inside while I waited for Opal, my 2016 Ford Firsta to have her oil changed. Jason checked me in quickly and explained in detail what needs to be done to keep her running well. They are awesome and that’s why I drive all the way from Dana Point to Mission Viejo!! Thanks guys Roberta and Opal
I took my 2008 Highlander Hybrid in for an oil change expecting that I was going to need to dump some money into it for some repairs. I wasn’t wrong, but in the process, something was broken and they could have just told me that it WAS broken and that I would have to pay for the additional repair. Instead they…
I had an exceptional experience here. Grant was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. My car had a major oil leak and was losing oil quickly, which was very stressful, but he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all of my questions were…

Excellent at communicating with customer.
I have taken several of my vehicles to Stress Free Auto Care in Mission Viejo. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are fair in their prices and do excellent work. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They also give discounts to AAA and AARP members!
Very professional, with great price-quality service.
These guys went out of their way to help me in an issue with my car. They were clear with communication and gave me constant updates from start to finish. Their diagnosis was clear to read and had breakdowns with photos. Their pricing is fair and affordable. Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to and they will have my business going forward!
Grant was so friendly and easy to work with and get things set up and taken care of. He really listened and made the whole stressful experience a breeze. Alexander did a great job on the inspection and gave me a great idea of my cars condition. They weren’t pushy at all to recommend any unneeded fixes and helped me…
Friendly professional service
Very content with the service.
The new manager made my wife feel completely safe and comfortable, which is hard to find at mechanic shops these days. I also spoke with him over the phone and he was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He clearly explained what our vehicle actually needed, what was urgent, and what could wait, which we really…
Stress Free took over the shop we trusted. We're grateful the exceptional service and prices haven't changed.
The reports are really thorough, and they do a great job. They highlighted what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait, which helped me budget for repairs and new tires.
You guys are good!!
Had another great experience at stress free Auto having my Volvos oil change, and maintenance. I recommend this place. Good work
Honestly, paying for car maintenance and repairs is never fun, but I have nothing but great things to say about the service. I’ve gotten here on multiple occasions. Grant has been extremely helpful each time and they keep you updated, send you live pictures, explain what your car needs done and are fair and…
I have been taking my car to be serviced here for almost 3 years. The staff is very friendly, honest work, and always makes time to work on my vehicle.Shout out to Gran, great customer service.Offer Lyft to and from for service!!!! I won't take my car anywhere else.
I called to make an appointment and from the start it was a smooth process and the gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and respectful. Dropping off my car for the appointment was also easy and they had it done sooner than stated! They sent pictures, updates and there was no haggling on “extras”. They were…
They were great - efficient and fast! I worked with Mike. He helped set up the appointment, made the entire experience smooth. His team even did a thorough check of my car and found things I wouldn’t have known and fixed at a reasonable cost. I usually go to Pep Boys but at Stress-Free the cost was significantly…
