Professional people. Repair was done on time. Also made diagnostic tests on my car and gave me the lists of items needs to pay attention first and other issues with my car.

I took my 2008 Highlander Hybrid in for an oil change expecting that I was going to need to dump some money into it for some repairs. I wasn’t wrong, but in the process, something was broken and they could have just told me that it WAS broken and that I would have to pay for the additional repair. Instead they… Read full review

First time at this place after our mechanic sold the business and they were excellent! Definitely coming back. They live up to their name. I can do a lot of the work myself but go to a shop for bigger jobs I don’t have the room to do. I came in with a specific list of things I wanted done. They did a full inspection… Read full review

I had an exceptional experience here. Grant was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. My car had a major oil leak and was losing oil quickly, which was very stressful, but he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all of my questions were… Read full review

This place was efficient and knowledgeable. Helped me determine what was the issue. And went above and beyond to fix the problem. Replaced radiator as well as heater hoses.

These guys went out of their way to help me in an issue with my car. They were clear with communication and gave me constant updates from start to finish. Their diagnosis was clear to read and had breakdowns with photos. Their pricing is fair and affordable. Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to and they will have my business going forward!

The new manager made my wife feel completely safe and comfortable, which is hard to find at mechanic shops these days. I also spoke with him over the phone and he was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He clearly explained what our vehicle actually needed, what was urgent, and what could wait, which we really… Read full review

They were great - efficient and fast! I worked with Mike. He helped set up the appointment, made the entire experience smooth. His team even did a thorough check of my car and found things I wouldn’t have known and fixed at a reasonable cost. I usually go to Pep Boys but at Stress-Free the cost was significantly… Read full review
