Clear ✕All 19 Google reviews tagged “General repairs & maintenance”
Services were smooth and they were very helpful in answering all questions I had about the vehicle.
I had heard great things about Stress Free Auto so I decided to take my Q4 Audi E-Tron to do a 40k inspection. The same inspection would have cost me triple the amount if I had taken it to the dealer (I purchased it with a limited warranty). I called on a Friday afternoon and expecting to be fit in possibly the…
My van is not done yet, so they could still mess up. But im not worried because i know bye watching and bye the way they present themselves that they will fix it. Stress free is there motivation and feel that. Its tuff to make everyone happy but being there for more then a couple of hours because they are working…
First time at this place after our mechanic sold the business and they were excellent! Definitely coming back. They live up to their name. I can do a lot of the work myself but go to a shop for bigger jobs I don’t have the room to do. I came in with a specific list of things I wanted done. They did a full inspection…
I have taken both of my cars here for five years. They are professional and explain every aspect in detail. I highly recommend Stress Free Auto.
I had an exceptional experience here. Grant was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. My car had a major oil leak and was losing oil quickly, which was very stressful, but he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all of my questions were…
Stress free as usual has done a great job!! Had a little noise and they took me right away and all is well !!Stress free is wonderful! Thank you for all of your hard work! Shout out to Jason for his work today and Danny who is wonderful!! Britt
These guys went out of their way to help me in an issue with my car. They were clear with communication and gave me constant updates from start to finish. Their diagnosis was clear to read and had breakdowns with photos. Their pricing is fair and affordable. Hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to and they will have my business going forward!
You guys are good!!
Very friendly and helpful. Never solicited for any unrequested service. Would recommend everyone to bring their vehicle there.
It was my 3rd time visiting Stress Free Auto Care in Mission Viejo CA Grant assisted with help of the technician on duty. My car oil was replaced & a new battery was installed. In addition, it was discovered that there was an issue with past work done on my engine timing cover by a previous service center..…
Honestly, paying for car maintenance and repairs is never fun, but I have nothing but great things to say about the service. I’ve gotten here on multiple occasions. Grant has been extremely helpful each time and they keep you updated, send you live pictures, explain what your car needs done and are fair and…
I have been taking my car to be serviced here for almost 3 years. The staff is very friendly, honest work, and always makes time to work on my vehicle.Shout out to Gran, great customer service.Offer Lyft to and from for service!!!! I won't take my car anywhere else.
I called to make an appointment and from the start it was a smooth process and the gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and respectful. Dropping off my car for the appointment was also easy and they had it done sooner than stated! They sent pictures, updates and there was no haggling on “extras”. They were…
I took my 2018 BMW here for some repairs which were covered by my warranty. Mike and Grant were so helpful and nice during the whole process as my warranty company is not the easiest to deal with. They were able to help me get in contact with the warranty company for the repairs that were needed, and during the…
The employees at Neighborhood have always been friendly, accommodating and always willing to help with car problems.
