I’ve had a great experience at StretchLab, especially working with Kyle! The assisted stretching and sports performance sessions have made a noticeable difference in my overall mobility, posture, and movement.
I’ve seen significant improvement in my hip mobility, and I’ve also noticed a decrease in knee pain, which has made everyday movement and exercise much more comfortable. Kyle is knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to understand where you need the most attention. I feel looser, move better, and have better posture after each session.
I highly recommend Kyle and StretchLab to anyone looking to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance their overall physical performance!
