Fast, friendly and very detailed on the service. I will use them from now on.

A tech torqued on my oil filter so tight I ended up having to buy a new wrench and tweaked my wrist to get the thing off. Called the location 4 times trying to get a hold of a real person and each time I was hung up on. Avoid this location at all costs.

Always fast and they always do a great job. I only come to Strickland Brothers.

It was my first time here. My experience was really good. They had me in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was really friendly and informative. A little bit pricey, but it’s well worth it because they saved me time from taking my truck to the dealership for an oil change, I will definitely be coming back.

LIKE ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE 👍 👌

Andrew and his team were amazing. It took about 11 mins because they were kind enough to explain everything to me. My car has an oil leak and we were told we could get a stabilizer. This car has had a leak since we bought it but we don't know where it's coming from and can't afford a whole new oil pan, so they told… Read full review

The techs were super friendly. Highly recommend.

This place isn’t very good! They wanna charge over $100 for an oil change & the workers aren’t very professional. 3/10

Great customer service

Quick, affordable, and friendly service

I returned to Strickland this past January to get an oil change. It had been 7 months since my last oil change and I was just over 5k miles on synthetic oil. Staff is always friendly and fast, I’ve been using them since they opened.

This is the only place I get my Oil changed really nice people and great place.

I had a great experience. My go-to oil change spot from here on out.

Went at 10am on a Saturday morning and was in a bay immediately. Quick, friendly, professional—explained my options without any strong upselling, and got me out and on the road in twenty minutes (they did an engine cleaning and oil change) for a very reasonable price. Great staff and a great experience—can definitely recommend location #20.

Extremely sweet and sufficient! Will continue to go back! Thanks.

I really appreciate the honesty of the employee because with me, that goes a long way. I will continue to have my oil change at Strickland Brothers

Awesome people & all around great place to take your car ! I've been taking all my cars here for years, Will always 100% recommend !

Love this place. Great customer service. Approached car with free water. Left with a free air freshener. Kind during entirety of oil change. Short wait.

I went to get an oil change, as a normal person does. Everything is going good, I tell one guy don’t put anything in my car, including windshield wiper fluid. These guys were great. Quick, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend and will be returning for all my future oil changes.

Always a quick and easy experience. On more than one occasion, they’ve let me know I could top my oil off (for free!) instead of doing the full service. Never feel pushy about upsells, and always super nice and friendly.

Love these guys, never any pressure to sell you stuff you don't need. Also today one of them noticed my windshield was smudged, found the problem with the fluid and showed me how to fix it. Honest, hardworking staff. I trust them, and I trust no man🤣

Always a pleasant experience!

Guys are great (Austin and James)! Thank y’all for being great and helpful!

Very respectful! Awesome service!

Quality quick work always.

Quick and painless, good work

I live in the Highlands and thought I'd breeze through the "close-by" Valvoline for an oil change. The 2 young men who assisted me were super nice and very helpful.

They over charge me I supplied my own oil and oil filter and they still charged me 57 dollars I will be going back to Valvoline at least Valvoline send you coupons Strickland brothers shouldn't charge 57 dollars for label on a oil change

Always great. No pressure to upsell, they know what I want and only offer services I actually need. They do a great job every time! This time was oil change plus headlight replacement. Great job guys!

The service technicians were very friendly, professional, and precise. Quality service. Excellent, fast service! They recommended additional services that i needed but didn't even think about...who knew there was an air filter for the air inside the car? Mine was growing colonies of things...I didn't even know I had such a filter!

They were fast, polite, and knowledgeable.

Note: this location does not rotate tires, though I do think the Strickland Brothers website says it does? Just make sure that’s ok! Also, always look for coupons on their website first :)

They always do a good job! They’re friendly and efficient!

James & Gage were absolutely phenomenal! Please give this gentlemen raises. They take care of customers with excellence and glee.

I was trying to get my oil changed today, and because I was misremembering the kind of oil that I buy, I was trying to get a product that was more expensive than what I normally buy - and which was also not right for my vehicle based on my usage. Getting top-notch treatment for my car's maintenance requirements. They always provide superior care, exceeding expectations, and I never feel like I'm being scammed for being a female with limited car knowledge. Very grateful for their services!

The only place I get my oil changed at. Tony and the crew are always professional and know what they are doing.

The service is great and the guys are super friendly. I was a bit concerned the one guy didn’t know the difference between the oil changes they offer, they offer 3. I depend on professional help and I picked the middle tier. Super quick and nice

Love this location! My family has been going here for years. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of!

The attendant was very friendly, their service was quick and efficient. A little bit pricier than big competitors but not too much.

Fast but to get that last star I needed the assurance of tires aired up all fluids clear and just confirmation as I had to ask what was good to go or was low

I stumbled upon this place and now it is where I go each time to get my oil changed. It isn’t the closest to my house, but the staff are all really great.
