Went for oil change 9/1 and they didn’t fasten my skid plate back after oil change. Next day driving to Florida it comes undone and slides loose on highway causing damage to my car and could have caused a large wreck. Now I can’t get them to even answer phone

Always quick, friendly, and helpful. Prices are very competitive. They don't try to sell me new air filter every single time I come in, which is change of pace from most quick oil change places.

Service was fast, efficient, and informative. He added windshield washer fluid and I was happy to know if I ever needed to change my windshield wipers I could come back without needing any other service. Overall pleasant experience and will return again!
This is the second Strickland Brothers location I’ve been to, and both experiences were fantastic. Quick service, polite & professional people. Price is reasonable.
Staff was courteous and efficient. Would be 5 stars but there was nobody guiding me out of the bay. I know it’s just “go straight” but I don’t know if I’m gonna roll over a loose tool or something.
