Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Friendly reliable knowledgeable service.

I would recommend them for anyone needing an oil change. They were very nice and I will definitely go back there.

Anthyun Was the only employee working and was so friendly. quick, helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain things, what he was doing provided the absolute best service and ensured we were taken care of and back on the road. Will definitely use this location only going forward.

I always receive excellent service at Strickland Brothers!

We recommend Strickland for an oil change. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and so very easy to work with. They go out of their way to be accomodating and helpful. The procedure is quick and easy. Please try Strickland for your next oil change. They offer coupons on line as well!

Another great experience at SB for a routine oil change. Both guys were pleasant, helpful and quick. Great service.

Excellent professional service every visit. I won’t be going anywhere else for an oil change.

Great place for oil change and please go see Ali he is awesome.

Fast and efficient

SB are always quick and efficient and get the job done!

I will always choose to come here!! The prices are always fantastic, I’m always in and out, and the staff are so welcoming. They always go so above and beyond when I visit. Timothy, Michael, and Ali were so incredibly nice and helpful! I always receive fantastic service here!!

Each an every time I go there it was to check oil or tires for me. Today I got oil change. They are always top notch on service and being pleasant.

Perfect

I went to this location due to them having the equipment to do tire rotations and the excellent service I received the last time. Low rating today because they made a mess pouring the oil into the car due to rushing (it wasn’t busy) and they said they completed services they didn’t like checking my tire pressure… Read full review

Came in late with an emergency. Got a full service! Great team and place. Always have the best experiences. Been coming here for years!

The guy I think his name is Brent was very professional and he had a good attitude I plan to return

Courteous , fast turnaround , quality service. I take all my family’s vehicles to Strickland.

Fast service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been using Strickland Brothers for years. They are always nice and fast.

Quick in & out, reasonable and staff friendly.

Anthyun and crew did a great job!

The staff is always wonderful

As always, Greeted within 10 minutes of my arrival. The crew was already working on a car who arrived before me. Once inside, their work was very prompt.

Good customer service! They drain your oil the correct way(from the drain pan)and the way its supposed to be done.

Great guys take care of the car and no extra hassle

good job

Today was the hottest it's been since I moved out here and I was greeted with an ice cold bottle of water. Matthew and Timothy took wonderful care of my car so I will be able to travel back home this coming weekend. What a great team Strickland has there. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Excellent customer service knowledge of the oil change and was very knowledgeable. About different types of oil for your vehicle.

Anthyun, Timothy and the other crew members are always so kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Love their service! It’s always great, no disappointments.

Nice people to deal with.

The techs were very professional and provided very good customer service.

Antoyn and his crew are always the best! Starting with him greeting us with cold waters while we wait to pulling out with a smile! He walks me through the options kindly and professionally and then go the extra mile to help an old lady reset my mileage etc all with a genuine smile and enthusiasm for his job!!

The guys were great and didn't try to over sell me! Anthyun kept me informed of everything. Great guys.

Matthew and Anthyun did a great job of kindly suggesting other needed services without being pushy. They also found additional discounts. I will return.

I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service at the Westport Road store. I have never felt more important or received such quality of service at any chain establishment. Far from rushing through the job, Anthwyn (I apologize for spelling) took care to make sure it was done right. As long as I live… Read full review

Always super nice and professional

everything went well, friendly Employee's in and out in a timely fashion. second time using Stricland Brothers will be back,

Antwan was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I’ll be back.

Awesome place. Pull right in the techs there took care of business and I was on my way. Checked all fluid levels, topped off, aired tires. Much better than sitting and waiting at dealer, or having to drop the vehicle off, which would include another driver. I'll be going back.

Technicians were not well trained, on my receipt it stated that they checked my tire pressure which they did not. Right before they closed my hood I asked them if they had checked the windshield wiper fluid and they said they had. I said please check it again and he realized it was nearly empty. I have used this oil… Read full review

Service was very good ! Time for the oil change process was very good!

First visit here. Service was prompt and professional.

Great customer service. In & out 👍

The guys are always so nice and very organized. They are honest about what doesn’t need to be done and also their opinions and suggestions for future visits. They are a great team and work well together. I won’t go anywhere else for my oil changes and I highly recommend them!

Anthyun Mask and Carter Partee were kind, professional, and explained things to me. I have been to Strickland on Westport Road several times and will definite come back.

Excellent service. Fast but not rushed. Very thorough.

Fast and thorough, always my go-to spot for oil changes!

I had a great experience getting my oil changed at this shop. My tech, Zane, was friendly and very helpful.

The two guys that worked on my car very pleasant and professional

Fast friendly !!!!

Quick and friendly service!

Quick and easy

I came in for an oil change and was clearly told the price would be $99 for a higher-mileage oil service, so I agreed. After the service was finished, they suddenly told me the total was $118 with tax. When I asked why the price increased, they said it was because of the oil filter and tax. Charging extra for an… Read full review

Very professional and very respectful workers at the Westport location. Definitely will return for my next service.

Great customer service. Answered all my questions.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. They were very friendly, informative and professional. They went above and beyond with some extra info about my vehicle. I’ll definitely be back.

Advised me of everything they did during oil change and answered my questions. I liked being able to stay in my car during the oil change and only took about 20-30 mins. Very convenient! Checked tires, all lights, washer fluid, etc and did not try to oversell on anything. They made notes for items to recheck on next… Read full review

Good customer service/ efficient and knowledgeable. Very helpful

I went to the store on Westport rd. at lunch! Guys were very professional & took great care of me. Even provided me with water while I waited. All in all I think I was there 12 mins. Max.

Great service, first time in, I’ll be back, great service! Carter and the guys were great!

Friendly and helpful service people. Knowledgeable and responsive.

Technician was prompt and courteous. Provided a $25.00 discount. Because of the car it had to be synthetic oil and couldn't use 50% off coupon. Did get rid of a gross dead mouse in the engine department. Lol

Fast and friendly. Will be back.

The folks at this location are great! Never had a bad experience here. It’s obvious they are knowledgeable and always give trusted advice and service. I won’t go anywhere else!

Very informative and friendly young man. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but my service was performed at the Westport Rd. Location. I’ll be returning.

Great group of guys and speedy oil changes

My first time here and I must say how impressed I am with the service I received. Zane was great! He explained everything regarding the service he performed on my car. Fast, very friendly and a great price. Strickland Brothers has a new regular customer now!!! Thank you!

The best service and great place for big trucks.

This was my fourth oil change service with S & B. I was very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the mechanic. They greeted me as soon as I pulled on the lot. They assisted me immediately, there was no waiting, and they were finished within 15 minutes. Wow, the guys were friendly and very professional!… Read full review

We take all 3 cars to SB and get great and timely service.

Fast, friendly service!

Great service! Highly recommended! Quick, efficient and courteous!

I’m not sure of their names, but the gentleman that worked on New Year’s Day were absolutely amazing. I normally take my car to the dealership to have an oil change, but I was already really behind on that and decided to give this place a shot. The price was great and the guys didn’t try to upsell me anything that… Read full review

Carter was very kind, professional and helpful. This was my first oil change at Strickland Brothers and I will be going back to them from now on

I’ve been coming here for oil changes and the service is always great. The staff is very nice, helpful, and respectful. They explain everything clearly and never rush you. I definitely recommend them.

Fast friendly service. Carter provided great information and completed the oil change in under 20 minutes!

Thank you for going above and beyond to help me! The bolts on my skid plate were stripped, and instead of telling me they couldn’t help me, they went and bought a new tool so they could remove the bolts and change my oil. They also replaced the bolts so it will be easier next time. Thank you!

Won't be back. Tech did not check front and rear differential levels nor the manual transfer case or transmission. All they don't change oil and filter and put air in the tires for over $100 dollars.

My first experience with Strickland Brothers was exceptional. I was very pleased with the work and was never pressured to buy something I didn’t need. The guys changing my oil were very friendly and professional.

Same young man as last time. Efficient, polite and more importantly, no attempted up-sale.

Man, I have had only great experiences at Strickland Brothers. They're fast, professional, and incredibly kind. I've been helped multiple times by Richard Heath and he's been top notch every time. Willing to help in any way he can.

Very courteous and professional quick service

They showed me the filters, gave me a price before the work, and were very trustworthy.

The technician was very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to help get the information I needed to repair my headlights. He worked way over and above to remove the bulb and identify it. These guys earned my business and I’ll definitely pass it on to friends that they’ll get great service here.

They were extremely efficient and polite. I used a 50% off coupon that I received in the mail making it very reasonably priced.

Always Professional,Great service,very polite Always.

Courteous service that was quick. Thank you.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had quick and knowledgeable overall experience 10 out of 10

First visit to Strickland. Friendly, informative, and fast service.

First time have my vehicle serviced there and was very pleased with the service.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for oil changes.

Fantastic service this morning. Highly recommend.

Great service!

While pricing was pretty standard, what made the experience standout was the promptness and friendliness of the staff. Not gushy, just solid good attitudes despite the cold flurry weather this morning. The staff was informative but not overbearing. They cared enough to show me a picture of an area I need to keep an… Read full review

Tyler and his partner were so kind and went above to help me with the oil change windshield wipers AND they tried to fix the piece to my windshield wiper fluid. Would’ve been a 5 but they didn’t have the back wiper for my car and were out of my filters. I’ll be back for sure! And I’ll tell others too. Thanks!!

I love Strickland Brothers. I've been getting my car serviced there for about a year now. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service, the guy who changed our oil was really kind and sweet he helped point us to the right direction and I feel that it’s worth the price!

I absolutely loved my visit today I absolutely recommend coming here

I asked your attendant to check the air pressure in the tires; he didn’t do it but when I reminded him - he lied and said they’re all at 35 lbs. . I went to another location and they checked the pressure and none of the tires were at 35 lbs - right front was only 26 lbs

I needed to find a new place to take my car for routine oil changes. I had previously only taken my Cadillac to the dealership because their prices had been competitive with other places. First time visit today. Needed oil change and tires rotated. Went ro dealer and they were booked 3 weeks out. Had heard of Strickland and decided to try. Tyler was very efficient, explained prices first, worked on car immediately, checked fluids and topped off where needed. Finished and out quickly, no waiting. Will use again for sure.

Best customer service Ive ever had for an oil change ! New to the area and state felt very comfortable and confident my vehicle was handles with care

My experience was very professional and the staff was very good and friendly

I will never go anywhere else for an oil change! Very professional and a very pleasant experience. I was out if there in under 15 min with all my fluids filled up.

I have not been happy with penzoil for some time. So when I got an ad in the mail for Strickland Brothers, I checked Google, saw the glowing reviews, and decided to give them a try. No wait! Technicians were thorough and efficient. Didn’t try to oversell. I’ll be back for sure. Love the military discount too!!

In and out within 10 to 15 minutes. Checked everything they advertise. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I'll be back.

What a great experience! The guys who took care of my oil change were friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on maintenance. Such a nice change from the big chains. I'll definitely be back.

Quick. We were on our way back to Chicago when the oil light came on. Got us in immediately.Thoughtful and respectful. Attentive to our needs. Attendants were professional and kind. If we lived in the area, we would highly recommend them.

Tyler and Joseph were extremely helpful. I appreciate them.

Fast, reliable service and affordable, too! Nothing more could I ask for!

Fantastic service today from Zane, to include detecting a nail in my tire and plugging it at no charge! Thanks for the great service!

The service is always kind polite fast and done with care. It is the only oil service. I will use in town now.

Strickland Brothers did a super job👍🏻. Service was exceptional, the friendly service man did a little extra, cleaned a bird deposit off of my window👏🏻👏🏻🤩🤩.

The young man, Richard, at the WestPort Rd. location was very polite and consensus. He did most everything by himself, but the other young man Zane assisted when needed as he was also busy with other customers. Tyler changed my air filter and the filter behind my glove box. He discovered then that whoever had last… Read full review

Awesome service. Very polite guys and professional. The last time I had a oil change the guy even asked about changing my cabin filter. I have never had that asked before at any other place.Highly recommend these guys.

Wonderful! Quick and courteous. This is my new place.

They were great and fast. I liked that we can see what work is being done and take the guesswork out which is what usually happens. They were very helpful and explained everything. I will definitely use their services again.

I tried this place out after a bad valvoline experience and I will start coming here regularly for my oil changes. The dude that waited on me, Tay, was super chill and helped me get my car back in good order and was just so nice. The whole staff was on their A game. So if you’re their boss, give them a raise.

Very knowledgeable staff and so kind! I will absolutely be back!

Excellent service. Quick and efficient!

Awesome staff and very fast

Great Customer Service! Knowledge employees. Reasonable prices. I will bring my vehicle here every time I need an oil change.

Best oil change spot in town!!!

The young gentleman was nothing but wonderful to me. Customer service was a 10 plus! Wish I could give him and the other gentleman more than 5 stars. Will be back for my oil change.

I’ve had great experiences at each of the Strickland locations I’ve used. They’re fast, efficient, and friendly.

Excellent service

Love the guys at Stricklands, very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with questions outside of oil changes. Been going here for a few years now.

They were fast efficient and polite. I will certainly use them again.

et me start off by saying 6 star service all the way around. The guys at the Westport road location are fantastic!!! The manager Zane was so polite, and he really knows his stuff. Quick service, techs are courteous and professional.

$92 for a full synthetic oil change? Way too pricey

The “technicians” barely spoke, much less greeted us. I was never informed of anything they were doing, but the service was quick, actually a little too quick. I’m not very confident that they checked everything that’s included with the oil change, yet he marked every box like they did. I will not be returning to this business.

Tay and EJ were great!

Fast and friendly service. Highly recommended. My new go to for oil changes

The service was very professional and completed in a reasonable amount of time. The cost is also competitive. I plan to use this company for my future maintenance needs.

Very quick and through

Nice operation, great service, smart people.
