Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Matt and Charles were the best. Looked out for me and great service

Service was excellent and employees were friendly and very respectful. Will go there again for automotive needs.

Great professional service knowledgeable and easy to understand they understand money can be tight and will give you a discount everytime you come. The plus for me is your in and out 10 min oil change but if you need extras it might lil longer not that much but go by check them out there’s hardly ever a wait

I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes.

Rolled up again today for my second visit to this amazing location!! The guys here are so polite and so professional it's ridiculous!!! Raheem was on point and did a great job on my truck as always!!! They are quick, efficient, & the price for a synthetic oil change is the best in the city, even with all those… Read full review

I never go anywhere else. It doesn't take too long to get my oil changed and the guys working are very nice and professional.

Great experience. Very nice and very quick.

I was surprised when I was told to pull out to leave, that’s how fast it was. I’ll be returning for future services.

They were awesome and so friendly we went to the one off Preston in front of Meijer

I went first thing on a Saturday. These guys were exceptional! Great service. I would recommend the Strickland Brothers on Preston HWY to anyone

Fast, Friendly and experts im their work

I am writing to share my exceptional experience at your location yesterday. The service was extremely fast, and the technician was extraordinarily kind and thorough in explaining everything to me. Based on this top-tier service, I will be a lifelong customer and have already recommended your shop to my entire family. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Very bad customer service from the Assistant manager. Had my oil changed there and they seemed to be struggling underneath the vehicle. After the change I drive hom and inspected my vehicle only to find that they had left out or broke most of the clips to the panel under my fender where the oil filter is and also… Read full review

Friendly, helpful, personable.

My husband got his oil changed here and brought it home and it was leaking oil and his car was smoking so he took it BACK for them to look at and they said a ring had busted and it was leaking oil. They told my husband he would have to clean the car out himself and there was no refund on this $100 oil change. Will definitely stay far away from this place.

Fantastic location and GREAT service! Raheem was amazing as well as yhe other team members. We only come here to get both cars oil changed. Thank you!

Got me in and out guys were caring and easy to deal with. Love this place cost was reasonable also

Fast and under ten minutes !! Great hospitality

These guys were quick, very kind and thorough. It was super hot and they even gave me a cold bottle of water. Thanks to the team there. I will be back.

I visited the location on Preston Highway in Hillview and the experience was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the two gentlemen that were in the shop today. But they were both very friendly very nice and very helpful. I will definitely be back

Absolutely phenomenal experience

Very prompt and professional! Excellent service.

Charles and Logan are so great! They worked really hard to get my terrible rusty bolts off my tires and license plate, and even put my license plate frame on for me! 1000/10 would recommend this company, and definitely this location! This is my new spot for car needs.

10 minute oil change took over 30 minutes. Had i not asked for the air filter, fluids, and air pressure to be checked they would not have checked it. Guys there could definitely benefit from having a process as it appeared they were meandering around without much of a plan. Also, the email asking to only put 5… Read full review

Fast, friendly staff. I have been going there for a while and I will continue to go there. I’ve always had a good experience there.

First time under new management . My son referred me. They seemed really pleasant & eager to serve. Answered all my questions . It was awesome to find out they have military discount .
