Customers frequently praise the shop for quick service, often completing oil changes in ten to fifteen minutes, along with friendly staff and competitive pricing. Positive reviews highlight efficient communication and a lack of sales pressure. However, several low-star reviews cite issues with workmanship, such as loose parts or oil leaks, alongside complaints about long wait times and high fees for customer-supplied parts.
