I've rebuilt classic cars for 50 years. Really like the staff and respect the service at the Dixie branch. With 3 cars I've changed my oil before 3000 miles and get 300000 miles out of my cars and Strickland does it quickly & correctly. Only choice other than dealer in Louisville.

I went to get my oil change this morning, and I had the best experience with Chris. He speaks a little Spanish, which is very welcoming as a Spanish speaker. Not only was he knowledgeable about what he was doing, but his attention to detail was excellent. I’d give him an A+! And he got it all done in under 45 minutes. Highly recommended!

The staff was superb! The manager went above and beyond for my service. She had to go to a local AutoZone to get something needed to take my filter cap off. With a great attitude she made sure I didn’t have to go to another business.

It really is a 10 minute oil change, in and out in a jiffy with people who know what they are doing!

I pulled in at about 2:30. There was no line. I asked if, along with an oil change, did they rotate tires? Mr Mike was very polite, directed me to the proper bay. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Everyone there was friendly. This will be my new oil change place. And I love that they offer a discount to military and veterans.
