The people were nice and the service efficient.
Exceptional service they surely provided! After a long day of my car running weird not knowing I needed an oil change because I was near all the way out and the fact I was 8 minutes arriving before they closed but the two gentleman Zane and Gabe, both went above and beyond, was very professional and very helpful…
First time customer here, let me start off by saying best oil change I’ve ever gotten, guys came out and said hello with a water before service even started, went through the pricing and different packages they offered as well as kept me up to date on everything they were doing. By far the best service I’ve ever had…
They did not check my lights and other fluid levels, although I saw them mark otherwise on the computer. They did not check my tire pressures. My last two visits have been extremely disappointing and I will not be back. This time, I only returned because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Otherwise, the terrible…
They were great. Always polite.
I've rebuilt classic cars for 50 years. Really like the staff and respect the service at the Dixie branch. With 3 cars I've changed my oil before 3000 miles and get 300000 miles out of my cars and Strickland does it quickly & correctly. Only choice other than dealer in Louisville.
Excellent service , My child and elderly were both provided waters before service even started ,great customer service and great timing on the service. Will definitely be returning !
Good people and super fast.
Stopped here for an oil change because there was no line. Was greeted, offered a bottle of water before anything! Was super quick, cheaper then the competitors will defiantly be my new place! The techs were super nice, and didn’t try to push other services!
Fast and friendly service! I'll be a retuning customer.

Nice guy. Super fast service! I know it says 10 min oil change but I never expected to actually be in and out in less than 15 min. Might be slightly higher in price than other places but they make up for that in service.
Exceptional service as always, been to a couple different locations and they are all fantastic was in here on Monday was greeted with a bottle of water, checked everything and even showed me along the way awesome customer service and great guys thanks Zane and Crew I’ll definitely be back.
I was here on Sunday and got the worst service I have ever gotten since I started going there. There is usually a man and woman who work well together the past few times I have been in. Sunday it was 2 young men there and they did not take time and service my vehicle properly. They never showed me my filter, or…
Very quick and informative. The guys were super nice and had me in & out fast. Definitely will continue to use them in the future.

Very knowledgeable about what they do. Explained everything to me as they went and had great customer service. Fast but correctly done work. Definitely recommend.
Nice job
The technician jammed my bolt from oil pan into the socket, he then proceeded to throw the socket down in the parking lot in order to get the bolt out of the socket this is so unprofessional in front of the owner of the vehicle, treating any parts to a vehicle like that is so unprofessional!! Let’s hope they will…
Cool dudes ,got the job done.
Great price and great service, beats the hell out of Jiffy Lube!
Great service!
We had a great experience at Strickland Brothers. Loved the complimentary water and air freshener. James took very good care of us and even found and corrected a mistake from our last oil change with another servicer. We will be back!

I went about a week ago only because they are closer to me, now I was there about a year ago and didn't return because the assistant manager named Brittany, she was really pushy and like tweaky, I kept telling her I didn't want anything but an oil change, she was so annoying, I didn't return because of that. I took…

It really is a 10 minute oil change, in and out in a jiffy with people who know what they are doing!
I pulled in at about 2:30. There was no line. I asked if, along with an oil change, did they rotate tires? Mr Mike was very polite, directed me to the proper bay. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Everyone there was friendly. This will be my new oil change place. And I love that they offer a discount to military and veterans.
Best men to show and and explain what they were doing. If I had went to ford I am always there for 2 hours couldn't have ask to be treated any better. Thank you

Very fast and very polite, will be going again
Awesome place, used to go to the popular level road station. This one is new, and just as awesome!
Very professional gentlemen. New shop on Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY. Decided to give them a try. Very knowledgeable and willing to share the information. A little linger than 10 minutes. But, I appreciated how thorough they were.
Great and friendly service. No waiting, employees were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. I will definitely be back and will recemended their services to everyone.
Good experience, super nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Was a little higher in price than I'm used to but still great service.

Fast and friendly service. Very professional. Will use again.
My oil change was quick and the tech was courteous. He got me in and out in no time. Topped off my fluids, changed my oil and even gave me a bottled water while I waited in my car. I’d 10/10 recommend them for a quick oil change.
Quick service and polite gentleman!
Very fast, very professional, and gave honest advice without trying to oversell stuff I didn't need.
They are very professional and thorough. Informed me of things I needed to know about without pressuring me to buy. They always go above and beyond. Will always go back.
Zach and Austin did a great job. Great service/very kind. Evidently the last oil change place didn’t do things just right and they fixed me up. Thank you.
Thank you for a great experience! Liked that y’all take care of me and my vehicle’s needs instead high pressure sales. The water is a nice touch, sets you guys apart from the others.
Great service, super helpful guys and fast service. Would definitely recommend Daniel, Zack, Austin for your next oil change.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Great work and I will definitely return.
