In and out in less than 10 min
The people were nice and the service efficient.
Exceptional service they surely provided! After a long day of my car running weird not knowing I needed an oil change because I was near all the way out and the fact I was 8 minutes arriving before they closed but the two gentleman Zane and Gabe, both went above and beyond, was very professional and very helpful…
First time customer here, let me start off by saying best oil change I’ve ever gotten, guys came out and said hello with a water before service even started, went through the pricing and different packages they offered as well as kept me up to date on everything they were doing. By far the best service I’ve ever had…
They did not check my lights and other fluid levels, although I saw them mark otherwise on the computer. They did not check my tire pressures. My last two visits have been extremely disappointing and I will not be back. This time, I only returned because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Otherwise, the terrible…
They were great. Always polite.
I've rebuilt classic cars for 50 years. Really like the staff and respect the service at the Dixie branch. With 3 cars I've changed my oil before 3000 miles and get 300000 miles out of my cars and Strickland does it quickly & correctly. Only choice other than dealer in Louisville.
Excellent service , My child and elderly were both provided waters before service even started ,great customer service and great timing on the service. Will definitely be returning !
Good people and super fast.
Stopped here for an oil change because there was no line. Was greeted, offered a bottle of water before anything! Was super quick, cheaper then the competitors will defiantly be my new place! The techs were super nice, and didn’t try to push other services!
Fast and friendly service! I'll be a retuning customer.
The guys were very professional and knew their business
Super nice fellas, good music, and fast service.

Very friendly and professional!
Very very hot outside Today and they did the greatest job! All 3 of the guys were extremely friendly as well. Thank you James, Gabriel, and Zane so much! I will recommend this place for sure!
I had a great experience
Nice guy. Super fast service! I know it says 10 min oil change but I never expected to actually be in and out in less than 15 min. Might be slightly higher in price than other places but they make up for that in service.
Exceptional service as always, been to a couple different locations and they are all fantastic was in here on Monday was greeted with a bottle of water, checked everything and even showed me along the way awesome customer service and great guys thanks Zane and Crew I’ll definitely be back.
I was here on Sunday and got the worst service I have ever gotten since I started going there. There is usually a man and woman who work well together the past few times I have been in. Sunday it was 2 young men there and they did not take time and service my vehicle properly. They never showed me my filter, or…
Very quick and informative. The guys were super nice and had me in & out fast. Definitely will continue to use them in the future.
I appreciate good customer service, and all 3 young men working this morning were very attentive to both cars they were servicing. Great job!!
Easy in and out. Nice guys.
3 young men provided excellent and expedient service. At a reasonable price. Thank you!
Service was good and quick
Very knowledgeable about what they do. Explained everything to me as they went and had great customer service. Fast but correctly done work. Definitely recommend.
Nice job
The technician jammed my bolt from oil pan into the socket, he then proceeded to throw the socket down in the parking lot in order to get the bolt out of the socket this is so unprofessional in front of the owner of the vehicle, treating any parts to a vehicle like that is so unprofessional!! Let’s hope they will…
Cool dudes ,got the job done.
Great price and great service, beats the hell out of Jiffy Lube!
Great service!
We had a great experience at Strickland Brothers. Loved the complimentary water and air freshener. James took very good care of us and even found and corrected a mistake from our last oil change with another servicer. We will be back!
Fast, professional, clean, friendly, no long wait time
I went about a week ago only because they are closer to me, now I was there about a year ago and didn't return because the assistant manager named Brittany, she was really pushy and like tweaky, I kept telling her I didn't want anything but an oil change, she was so annoying, I didn't return because of that. I took…
James was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience I won’t be back
Got a oil change Thursday they overfilled my oil causing it to leak
I like going there getting a oil change it's quick the people was kind
The staff was very professional and courteous. They recommended the oil change that was best for my car. They didn't use high pressure tactics like some other quick change oil places. The prices are comparable to other oil change companies as well.
Great service, polite staff, highly recommend! These guys are awesome !!!!
Brent is always quick & helpful
Great customer service. Quick. I'm and out less than 20 minutes. Dixie Highway.
friendly helpful staff finished very quickly greeted immediately
Absolutely LOVE the service at Stricklands. Always in a timely manner, very friendly staff, I won’t go anywhere but Stricklands. Trust them with all my cars !
Professional and rapid customer service. More expensive than other places, but worth every penny: they corrected issues that I hadn't even considered. Try them at least once!
The staff was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be returning.
Very quick and easy. Could be a little cheaper but you could also just learn to change your own oil. Coupons always available by mail and on Facebook which is nice
Got everything I needed tooken care of 🤝
Brent was by himself and took care of everything in a friendly and efficient manner
Amazing customer service. Quick work and they deserve a raise.
Great service! This was my first time ever going to a “drive thru” oil change place. I was apprehensive but it was super easy and will definitely do it again!
The only place I go to get my oil changed for my personal cars and my work trucks. The employees are great and I never spend more than 30 min
Service was fast and thorough! The offered a water while I waited. Courteous staff! Love it!
Friendly and curtious
Very alert and knowledgeable about vehicle and process. Great job
